There is a song caled "Wolly Bully" on my step tape.I don't really like the song but I'm so happy when I hear it because I know it's almost over.LOL Yesterday I realized though how much I love working out, or actually how much I love running.I was in a lousy mood and my first thought was that a run would really help. And it did.I think the key to any successful exercise program is finding what you love, what works for you.Even just the average day can take alot out of a person. It's important that we find ways to put back what the day takes out.Counteract the stress that any or most days hold.Sometimes it's a good workout. Sometimes it might be a phonne call or a cup of coffee with a good friend.Sometimes it might be as simple as 15 mins of quiet time by yourself.Make sure that no mater how busy or how crazy life gets you find time for the things you enjoy, the things you love.
So what's up with everyone today?Grace, thinking about you today.I know everything will go well.Deb, hope the problems with the wedding dresses are getting straightened out.Rhonda, I've been thinking alot about your post about having to go back to work.I know it must be an overwhelming thought at times. But I also know if anyone can do it and do well at it you can.
Hope everyone has a Wonderful Wednesday!!

I even started including grilled seafood in our meals once or twice a week. Tonight I dug out a 4 year old picture of me when I weighed about 30 pounds less than I do now. I put it on my mirror for motivation. I was 41 in that picture and didn't look that bad. I want to be in that shape again. The plan is to be in shape by Christmas. I figure if I take it off slow it will stay off. I have been lazy for the past few years, telling myself that it's just because I'm getting older. I realize that it is just a matter of choice and if I want to feel good about the way I look, then I need to get off the couch and do something about it.
Thanks for all the words of wisdom. All of you are good motivators.

I'm so glad you joined a Red Hat chapter. They're a lot of fun, and you will feel like a real spring chicken! ;-)
I had seriously considered going to the convention in Orlando until funds got tight. Transportation would be no problem, because I used to drive it every week, but the hotels and meals are another story. I can't do that and Asheville, and Asheville is a lot higher priority for me.

I hate to admit it, but I'm a terrible businesswoman. I don't like to ask people for money, and I even sell my Nikken stuff at my cost to try to help more people be able to afford it. If I see someone who needs it, I will give up the profit if it means the difference in their being able to get it. That's really why I got into it -- to help people the way it helped me. Good thing we haven't had to depend on it for a living.
Oh, and one business in the family is more than enough. Down the line it should be great at the rate it's growing (25 new clients last month and 26 already this month), but for now, it's tight. Tim is the business oriented one, and I'm the more liberal arts (hate that term ;-) one.
