"Weekly Progress Report" Suggestion

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in having a "Weekly Progress Report". I was thinking like maybe on Saturday or Sunday (mainly because that's my days off & I don't get to get on here until late during the week). Some of you are on programs like Weight Watchers which I think already have something like that. I just thought maybe we could start our own check in which might help keep some of us (like myself) motivated.
We could record:
1) weight loss, gain, or maintain or clothing size changes
2) exercise routine times & activities
3) meals whether healthy or junk food, possibly even include some healthy suggestions
4) anything else that helps to motivate us to stay on track
Well let me know what you think. I really enjoy reading what each of you have to say and all the things going on in each of your lives. Thanks to all of you for sharing your life with me.
