Hey!Have I been voted off the island???Should I blow out my torch and go home???I keep trying to get into the village but keep getting knocked off.Starting to think someone is trying to tell me something.Having problems with my email too.Why do I have the feeling one of the guys is behind this in some way??????

So how has your day gone?I had lunch with my sister and it was great. She was having an awful day at work and needed to vent so it was perfect timing. I got worried when she said she was almost too mad to eat!We shared a piece of peanut butter pie...so good!!!!I swore today I was going to do my weights and then run but I did the reverse.Well except I haven't done my weights yet.But as soon as I hit post I'm off to do a super duper LB workout. May even throw in an UB.Or not :)

Hope everyone's day has gone well.

Happy you could get back on board. DH installed an upgrade on his computer and imediately started having problems logging on so he un-installed the upgrade and the problem went away.

This am I did about 10 minutes of stretching. I did my break time walks (2 ea for 15 min) and during lunch did some crunches, leg lifts, dumbbell weights, and stretches (about 20 minutes worth). I'm not sure if I'm going to go for a 30 minute bicycle ride, walk, or do an exercise video tonight. When I first started exercising a couple of months ago my goal was 30 min a day. Now it's atleast 1 hr but I'm trying to up it to 1 1/2 hrs. I have to break it down to around 15 min intervals but atleast I'm doing something.

We ate grilled salmon yesterday and turkey breast cooked in the slow cooker today. Tomorrow I'm working from 9 am to 10 pm so I don't know what we'll eat. Fortunately DH is wanting to loose weight also so he's willing to eat something besides steak & potatoes. He's even started doing some exercises per the suggestion of his chiropractor.

Hope everyone had a good day.

That would have scared the bajeezies out of me too, and I like snakes (they eat rats). I can't beleive they let the snakes wonder around like that.

I love peanut butter pie and have an excellent recipe for it, but I try not to make it unless it's a very special occasion. Glad you had such a good time with your sister, Patty.

Well, I feel really stupid. My friend and I left to go to the special Nikken event today and neither one of us had the name or address of the place!! I remember it was supposed to be close to JU, but other than that and the fact that it was kind of a day spa place, that was it. Usually I print out the notice, but my printer was down at the time. When the printer was back up, I had forgotten to do it. Since she was driving, I figured this morning she'd have it. Nope. So, after riding around for half an hour we left and went to an Arby's back out this way to get a chicken salad wrap. I was really disappointed that we missed the special guest speakers, but maybe it just wasn't meant to be. When I got home, I checked, and we had driven right by it!!

I fixed a roast, mashed potatoes, and green peas for dinner. I passed on the mashed potatoes, so it wasn't too bad.

Have a good evening. If Hannity plays some stuff from his radio show today the program tonight should be a hoot.

Had fun at water aerobics and used it as a break from weights this time. Didn't do anything else, including eating properly. I'm not going to worry about that the rest of this week and get back into it next week.

Phyllis, YIKES on the snake! I don't mind them in general, but prefer 'em in a zoo environment behind an enclosure they can't get out of. I don't want to see "wild" ones in my yard, let alone crawling across my foot. Heebie jeebies ... brrrrr!
