10 miles!!!! That is awesome!!!! Are we going to have to start a 10 miler club here? You and Phyllis ought to be proud of yourselves for running 10 miles. Don't know too many people who can do that.

It is very satisfying to set a goal like that and accomplish it! Way to go, Patty!

Fantastic achievement, Patty! It has to feel really good to have reached your summer goal. Gosh, even during the brief period when I used to run it would have taken me 10 DAYS to do that!

Well it took me quite a while. Alot of people came and went from the track before I finished :)You know as I went around the track a few times I thought about you and those long walks you get in at the beach.

Hope your cold doesn't settle in your chest.Do you ever drink peppermint tea?

I'd have had to do one mile each day, withe possibly a day off in between to recover!!!


Some peppermint tea actually sounds good about now.
