The last day of the month! And while it's not officially over I always think of it as the end of summer.Almost time to close up the pool and send the cabana boys home.Hmm, maybe that's why I'm not as excited about fall this year......
So how was your summer?Did you get to relax and enjoy it?Did you set goals back in June and if so how did they go?
What are you up to today? What kind of workout plans do you have?Anyone trying anything new?Anyone found something that helps them stick with their eating plan like journaling, extra water? If so let me know because that is my weakest area.
Hope your month ends up on a positve note and gives you something to look forward to as we begin a new month and a new season.
Have a goo one!!!!

Hi Everyone,
This is the first time I've been able to read the messages or post in over a week.
You Were Born An Original... Don't Die A Copy
Same old same old here - busy at work, still too much of summer around for my taste, no energy or desire to cook, no desire to work out but I'm doing it anyway and feeling better after, and watching the convention pretty closely and enjoying the very positive energy I sense from it.
Rhonda - You've got mail. Get better soon. Take care of yourself. Let the landscape "go natural" for a while. Hope Rob feels normal again soon, too.
Margie - Bu**er about e-mail at work. One of the plusses at my place, much as I grouse about it, is no one is all over your back about being on line. Now all I need are a few minutes to get there! And a cooperative computer - the one at work is giving me fits, due to Spyware invasion. Really cramping my style.
Grace - Hope you're on the mend from your surgery. Lay low for a bit - don't rush!
Kat - This is an easy, open neighborhood. Post when you can. I love hearing from you when you drop in. How's Danny doing?
Susan - The vampires want to check your blood again? Man, they don't quit. But it's a good thing - they're trying to get to the bottom of things. Hope they do soon, for your sake.
Deb/LI - Hugs to you. It hurts to hear you feeling so badly about yourself, with all the positives you've accomplished this year.
Patty - Just hugs to you in general. You're such a positive force here, no matter what's facing you! Love seeing your posts in the morning. I worry when you're not the first one up and on the board!
Cussette - Will check out Allison's pics in the morning. Thanks for sharing her childhood with us!
Jazzerdeb - Cooling trend on the way. Still a bit clammy, but there's a change in the air this evening. Hope that bodes well for the weight of your luggage when you come to town.
That's all for now. A little more reading to do here, then off to meet the Sandman....

Happy to see you emerge from the mountain!! Thanks for your good thoughts and the great "conversations" we have via email. Asheville should be a talkathon! ;-)
