OK how did you all do today? Did you pass the test? Your own test, that is! Were you able to fit in that special walk or Jazzercise class? Did you eat healthy or did you enjoy a candy bar and savor every bite?

I am heading of the my WW meeting in about 30 minutes. I have my fingers crossed that the scales shows some smaller numbers. I was good, better then I had been, but not perfect. I am hoping to walk in the morning tomorrow. I believe by getting Robbie up and breakfast and his lunch done right away I can do my 30 minute Walk Away the Pounds video from 6:30 to 7, while Bill is in the shower. Going to try anyway. I do not remember if I posted this but on Sunday night I ordered the Slim in 6 videos. Their webpage shows everyday people like myself making changes, I just hope I can be one of them. Its going to be about 3 weeks before they get here so in the meantime I figure several walks a week would not hurt. I will pop back later if my numbers are down.

Deb, can't wait to hear how it goes tonight.Good luck!I'll be anxious to hear how you like the tapes.I went on their website and got info on how to order one separately and may do that.

I had a good day today.I did my video this morning.I had done it on Sunday and felt it in my backside yesterday.Which is a very good thing. I did something today I never do.I used a hand held mirror with a full length mirror to see what my butt looked like in a pair of pants.Momma Mia!!!!!(throwing that in for Phyllis)I knew I should have stuck to my rule that if I were meant to see what my butt looked like it would have been put where I could see it.So anyway I'm thinking I should do more of that workout.

I had a great afternoon.I went to Walmart and just wandered thru. They're callin for 2-4 inches of rain here tomorrow so I picked up some paperbacks in case I'm stuck inside.I picked up Alan Jacksons new cd simply because he had a song on it called "If French Fries were Fat Free".Haven't listened to it yet but it sounds like something profound and wise to me :)I'll let you all know.

Hi everyone. Good day around here today. Adam started his first day of Grade 1 today and he is quite pleased with his class arrangement and his new teacher, so that is a "good thing"! We walked to school...(yippee) because the weather was so incredibly beautiful this morning. Sunny and warm with just a hint of a nip in the air. I came home and did some paperwork that I needed for tonight's preschool meeting, then Max and I walked back over to get Adam. It sure is nice to be back into a routine! Even dh was a happier man this morning. LOL

This afternoon I took dd to the clinic to get the rest of her staples out and get her dressing changed. As of tomorrow, the homecare nurses will come in to do it. She's doing well though and very happy to be home. It was a treat for her to get out and walk in the sunshine and feel the breeze after being couped up in the hospital for 3 weeks. She didn't even have a bed by the window, so half the time the drapes were closed around the person on the other side blocking much of the light!

Tonight I have a quick preschool meeting (at least I hope it will be quick), and then home to watch the Amazing Race.

Eating has been really, really good today. I think I've finally got it figured out. With all of the walking today, I'm up to 12,730 and it's only 4 pm. Starting next week Max will be in preschool Tuesday and Thursday mornings for two hours, so I'm hoping the weather co-operates and I can get some really good power walks in!

Have a great evening everyone!

Good luck with that Slim in 6, Deb! Sounds good. Congrats on those pounds lost, again.

I forgot to check in yesterday - I powerwalked 7 miles. It was fun to be able to walk as long as I wanted with no deadlines! Bought some new Adidas running shoes, so will have to break them in this weekend. Had weighed in on Sunday & lost 1 lb. Still keeping the portions in check. Today, I didn't do a workout, but hoping to get up early enough to do something tomorrow.

Good night & sleep tight!
