Are we celebrating today? Did you do all you set out to do? Did the day go your way?

I had a busy morning. After I posted I got Rob his breakfast and out the door. While Bill was in the shower I took a 20 minute walk, my legs were hurting. Got Bill out, Billy up and into the shower and then Katie. Once Billy left it was my turn for a shower which was a quickie since everyone was running about 10 minutes behind. Took Katie to school with wet hair and no make-up. Then returned to finish getting ready for work. Still filling in for a fellow employee, all the ladies took advantage of my employment and each has had vacation. I have been rotating desks with doing little to none of my own stuff and loads of thiers. Feeling a bit over whelmed there this week. Did not leave there until 2, came home and BBQed some burgers for Bill and the boys for lunch. Got Katie at 2:30 and I have been doing laundry and cleaning since. We have that rain that Susan had mentioned earlier. Seems to have hit late morning around here and it looks like its going to hang around for a while. Eatting was great and in plan and I have a postive attitude about this. Hope you all had a great day.

Well the rain has stopped but it's really warm and sticky out there. I will say it's been a good eating day-stayed out of the brownie bites in the office and indulged in the fresh strawberries instead. I do think the rain brought out the loonie tunes on the work front and the children that I seem to work with always leave me delighted! Literally got the blood sucked out of me at the doctors office-don't ever remember seeing that many vials taken at one time and got the begeezers scared out of when I saw the actual test results. They keep telling me not to panic and very well could be lab error-but still frightening. I scheduled Blood pressure results were equally as depressing. I was supposed to tutor this evening-but I have to say things have not been going real well in that department and I wasn't in a very good frame of mind so I ended up canceling and instead ended up going to Michael's with DD. She wanted to get some yarn for a new crochet project and I ended up buying myself a small counted cross stitch project to keep my mind occupied. Still no exercise-I know I should just can't get the oomph in my pah!

Hope you've all had a good day and enjoy a good evening

I did it. I got that workout in, and I feel a whole lot better. My BP is back to the nice readings that my doctor likes and that I had been getting before the circus arrived. 35 min cardio on the tread, weights (free and machine) for all-over strength training, and 150 crunches. And I cooked that good dinner - never had Coho salmon before, like it a lot. I love how the Foreman grill cooks fish that still has the skin on - you can literally remove the fillet from the skin on the grill, and it's easy to clean up. Cole slaw with crushed pineapple, sliced heirloom tomatoes, fresh cucumber from a neighbor's garden, plus a sweet potato for my sweet DH.

Now a nice shower, my breathing focus exercise, and night-night. Have a deep, happy, and refreshing sleep, everyone!

With Vampira drawing the life out of you and you getting nervous watching her, I'm not surprised by that BP reading you mentioned. Lab error, huh? Praying that's all it is - and that you suggest your doctor consider sending specimens to another lab for analysis.

Deep, cleansing breaths.....

I had a very odd day... I know I have to get up in a few hours and I'm too keyed up.

I had a great day, yesterday. I had to do my UB weights Firm workout in the a.m. and the LB weights Firm workout in the afternoon. You do what ya' gotta' do! I tried an old lower body Firm video - floor work w/weights & ankle weights - I love that one for a change from that big step!

Stuck to my WW points well, too. It's easy to count points when you don't have time to cook - just go get a bunch of Lean Cuisines and Smart Ones meals. I'm hoping to cook something tomorrow night, as I'm off!

Good going with that positive attitude, Deb! I have some friends on WW Flex plan and one of them has lost 11 lbs. in a little over a month (and she has more to lose, so it's coming off faster for her in the beginning) and the other one has lost 6 lbs. I'm glad that the Core plan is working for you - I think I will stick to the Flex plan as I like it so far.
