~~Fabulous Friday~~

Good morning and Happy Friday!!!

Anyone ever watch the yoga show Inhale.I've only watched parts of it but it looks like fun.Very different than how I usually picture yoga. The music is usually upbeat and fun.And each person does each pose alittle different. Some really move to the beat of the music, some can stretch out further and some fall flat and just laugh it off.I think exercise should be like that, fun and about what works for you.Same with food. We each need to find a plan that works for us as individuals.Actaully in most things in life we should strive for what is right for each of us as individuals.Finding our own unique talents and using them to add good things to things to our lives and the lives of those around us.Each person has something special to them.Talents or gifts that we should celebrate and make the most of.

So how are you wrapping up this week?Any special plans for the weekend? How's exercise gone this week?

Hope you each have a Fabulous Friday!!!!

Miss P

Good Morning,

More wise words from our Princess Patty! It's strange how I've been thinking how I need to find something that works for me and is something that I enjoy doing-just haven't found it yet. I do enjoy my walks but with the nighttime coming on earlier and the rainy week just haven't done it. Exercise has been nada but eating has been much better now that I'm back into a routine-well with the exception of a run in with the box of vanilla wafers last night. I'm just not in the best frame of mind this morning-anxiety and nerves I guess would be the best description of me. The logical side of me knows there's no sense in worrying about things you have no control over but the illogical side of me seems to have a larger control of the brain this morning.

But nonetheless the sun is shining brightly this morning and the humidity has lowered to a comfortable level. It's Friday and pay day so those are all good things! I need to get finished getting ready for work so that I can go off and play with the children-although 2 of them don't play very nicely together! Then it's off to the grocery store after work and that about rounds off another exciting day!

Hope your day is a good one!

It's my last day of no work before I have to get back to CL and get ready for new birds.Trying to decide how to spend it.DH is making noises about me never being around.MEN!!!Wait til he hears I've thrown a last minute day away with one maybe both of my sisters tomorrow. Will have to work tomorrow night to get it all done but it will be worth it.

Not sure what my workout will be.It's beautiful here so probably a run at the track. And need to do some weights too.

The past couple weeks I've used the chickens as my excuse to not do housework. This week no chickens but still haven't gotten much done.Maybe it's just time to very honestly say I don't get it done because I hate it :)

DH and I are celebrating 21 years of marriage today. He's been out of town all week and comes back today around 11:30. He's taking me to lunch and then he has a few errands to run as I finish up at the office. I'm surprising him with a stay at the Marriott. Couldn't do a B&B due to Saturday a.m. sports. Was going to do dinner out, but I've procured our dinner and we'll just enjoy some us time in the hotel. Really looking forward to it. He threw me off by having flowers delivered yesterday. Love that :)

So, everyone has games tomorrow. Back to school high school dance for oldest tomorrow night after the church back to school party. DS is very socially outgoing...just like his dad, completely unlike his wallflower mother! Other than games, I'll be doing some things around the house like painting. Trying to whip this place into shape.

Hope everyone has an awesome day!

Good morning!

TGIF is all I can say. I plan to totally enjoy my weekend and relax. Seems the weather might actually cooperate. It's durned chilly this morning, but bright and sunny, and the dry-out will continue into the afternoon. So, there's the makings of a nice walk this evening with DH if the skeeters aren't on the attack when we get home - the public health service has detected Eastern equine encephalitis in the skeeters in my town, so the treadmill might prove to be a safer option; I really hate bug repellent. I'll do some weight work tonight, also.

Saturday I really need to get my bu** in gear and start looking for shower/wedding gifts. Bridal registries are so helpful, but I'm just getting off the stick too late to do on-line shopping, so I'm gonna have to brave the malls. Maybe DH and I can have a Saturday date night that includes power shopping.

Sunday we're going to the first of probably 5 craft shows that we take in every fall. This one's outdoors on the grounds of an antique estate in Concord, MA - Deb, if you're reading and have time, it's the one I talked about in e-mail. One of my friends from work (one of the brides-to-be) is interested in coming with us as her fiance is working and she loves that stuff as much as I do.

What a football game last night! Heroes of the game: Tom Brady, Tedy Bruschi, and Willie McGinnest. Payton who??? Go PATS!

Have a great day, everyone!

Haven't worked out this week, unless you count painting my friend's house - living room, hall, closets, master bed and bath and kitchen - I got to do most of the trim so it was up the ladder and stretch, squat down, up the ladder and stretch, squat down...for two of the three days. Then I did do a bunch of rolling on the third day, so a whole new bunch of muscles got to work. LOL

I am doing good at being good to myself, in spite of being crazy busy at the office and getting home so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open - plus the DS has acute bronchitis and just moping around doing the sick guy miserable.

Taking off at noon today to go play - I have so much comp time right now, I can't use it fast enough, and the last workgroup leaves at noon, and everything else will just have to wait. There sometimes comes a place where you just have to say I need a break.

Have a good weekend all.
