1) maintained my weight @ 166 lbs.
2) had a lot of activity the past couple of weeks, hiking up & down the mountains, a little rock climbing, and walking up & down stairs while in Colorado Springs, working @ part time job with a lot of walking, lifting, and moving of stage equipment, when I wasn't hiking, working, or recooperating I started walking/running for exercise and it felt good
3) all of the above, ate healthy when I could but working all the extra hours I cheated some with a burger & fries (didn't have time to cook)
4) even though I didn't loose any weight with all the activities the past couple of weeks, I have noticed some of the mushy fat becoming firm muscle mass all over my body. (DH was laughing at me because when we were on the road driving home I was squeezing my tummy and got excited because I actually felt some muscle under the fat.) I know that muscle weighs more than fat and it looks a whole lot prettier/sexier

PS: Sorry ladies I have been posting this. I've been really busy and also had some computer problems. I miss all of you and hope to get back to visiting with you.
1) weight loss, gain, or maintain or clothing size changes...........clothing for me has stayed the same. I did loose .8 at WW from the week before. Lets hope its just from Aunt Flo showing up.
2) exercise routine times & activities.........just started that new Slim in 6 Video and today is day 2 out of 6. I plan on trying to fit in the 25 minutes each day right until next Saturday (wedding day).
3) meals whether healthy or junk food, possibly even include some healthy suggestions.........Food choices have been very healthy. Did have a cookie at work on Thursday (homemade chocolate chunck) and I bought and ate a KitKat bar last night. I was so needing some chocolate.
4) anything else that helps to motivate us to stay on track........One day at a time and keep coming here. Best motivation and support!
