Was supposed to go to my friend's fitness Open House, she opened classes today at a fitness studio but I got a massive allergy headache, sneezing, etc.

I usually get hit with more springtime allergies.Although right now they say our pollen is really high, grass and ragweed.I noticed any nights I had the windows open I was more congested.Claritin and Sudafed are what I normally take for my allergies. You can also get the Claritin with the decongestant but I usually get it without.Allergies can make you feel miserable, hope it lets up soon.

This year is tuff, we are sniffing and have scratchy throats around here. Not sick enough, thank goodness to take any meds. Hope you feel better.
