The workday should be over for everyone now....even you east coast gals.

Mundane Monday was well....mundane. Work before work, work and then more work. I did have a nice post dinner walk with Otto-more walking than pit stops. I did pop in a WATP video guess I'm just tired this evening because it did little to energize me. Do any of you end up with a headache after working out? DH wanted me to type something for him which I'm waiting for it to finish printing out, need to stick a load of laundry in the dryer then I think it's time for a shower a bit of reading and off to bed I go!

Hope you've all had a good Monday!

My day went okay for a Monday. Busy but that's normal. DH & I just got back from an 8.3 mi bicycle ride. Doesn't sound like much to you cyclist but it was a lot for us. Actually felt good.

Saturday, we had a Falls Fest here at Lucy Park. It's the nicest park here. BTO (Bachman Turner Overdrive) was the main band. All 3 of the kids and most of the grandkids were there. It was really fun and nice to have the kids there. I used to take them when they were little so it was nice to have the second generation enjoying the fun. It can get a little expensive but it is a once a year festival so it's worth it.

By the way, DD & her significant other made the 2nd AA meeting in a row. They actually ran into some people that they know there tonight. Please continue to pray for them, he is the father of my grandson, the granddaughter that is now an angel, and the grandchild that is due in March. I sincerely hope he serious this time, but with all I've seen am doubtful. I know that God can work miracles and as long as I hold onto that I can deal with it and be more supportive of them.

Well hope everyone has a "Terrific Tuesday".

Hey there, I worked until 1:15, dropped off my dry cleaning, dropped off the money I owed to Maureen (she did my hair and make-up on Saturday)and then headed home. Was home about 15 minutes when Rob came in and Katie was about 10 minutes behind. Did some switching of laundry, helped Katie with her homework and then ran Rob to the store for some more school clothes. Back home at 6, put chicken in the oven, helped Bill cover the pool, more homework with Katie. Fed the family and then took a walk. Left Bill here to put her to bed. Needed some "me" time. Just got back 10 minutes ago from a nice 40 minute walk. Not to fast not to slow. New sneakers so I want to break them in a bit. Plus my feet are still sore for all my dancing on Saturday. Well that was my day in a nut shell. Aren't you glad you asked.........lol !!!

I wonder if the headache is related to your BP and the medicine you take?Do you have one of those things you can use at home to take your BP?Maybe you should start tracking things like that headache after a workout and see if

Actually did discuss this with the doctor. He did think it could be caused by this 2nd medication that I'm on that has been causing me some problems. He felt it was either the medication or perhaps my bp was going too low. He cut the already lowered dose in 1/2 again as it's one of these drugs you have to be weaned off of. I stop it as of tomorrow and then we'll see if how it effects my pressure whether I can stay off the 2nd one or need to try something new. Just very frustrating when you're trying to do something good for yourself and you end up with your head pounding.
