Visualize confetti, streamers, and John Phillip Sousa music -- I actually worked out on the weight bench for about 15 minutes this evening!!!! Yes, for the first time in over a year, I did some weights. I'm even looking forward to being a good kind of sore from it. I also spread some diazinon for sod webworms (yuck!) and ran out before I finished, then mowed the lawn, so got some cardio in too. Did some laundry, changed linens, and some other housework. Still eating anything I want, so I can't say I'm going to lose any weight, but at least I'm doing some healthy stuff too.

Hope you get a chance to relax some tonight, Nancy, and sleep well.

Hi Ladies! I haven't read the AM post for today yet. My day was a normal work day. I didn't get any exercise in today, unless you include grocery shopping a Walmart. When I first began being conscious about my activity level I did include shopping as part of my walking routine. DH and I road bicycles for the past 2 days and increased our distance each time so I guess it wont hurt to take tonight off.

Well hope everyone had a blessed day.

Just your typical Wednesday with the exception of the 2 hours spent in the drs office. He apparently was tied up with some emergency phone call and I was left pacing the exam room. They kept checking in with me and finally the physician's assistant asked me if it would be all right if she went over the test results with me. Everything looks fine and the cyst on the right kidney that showed up on the sonogram didn't show up on the Cat scan although there is a tiny one on the left kidney. No mention was made of pursing that. They feel that the other problem is being caused by some type of virus which caused the enzymes to rise so radically but are showing signs of coming down. I was jabbed once again and will wait once more to see if they have come down again and apparently that will be the process until they return to normal. The PA did tell me that she had gone through the same thing-so hopefully before long everything will normal again. I have gone off my second bp medication and I will need to be monitored to see if I can stay off it or they will look for something different to put me on. DD talked me into a trip to Best Buy and Borders as my tutoring was canceled for the evening and the only exercise completed was a post dinner walk with my favorite beast. So that's been my day and the medical update.

Hope you've enjoyed a good day!
