I drink constantly at home, in the car, wherever. Unfortunately, it's almost always tea. At least I'm getting lots of antioxidants.

I'm usually pretty consistent with getting in at least 48oz-it's usally a little bit more than that. I have a problem on the weekends too usually because I'm so busy that I forget. My water bottle is always on my desk so it's a constant reminder. I, too have the problem in the office that the temperature in there sometimes feels like the inside of my freezer and doesn't exactly spur me on!

No help here. I drink when I need to. I figure that my total liquid intake all day is sufficient, and I throw in a water bottle at night whether or not I work out to be sure.

Sounds weird, but if my lips burn or my nose feels dry (a problem I'd love to have right now!), I know it's time to tank up.

I drink a lot of water when I'm home but at work I have more trouble getting enough in.

I try to get in 2Liters. I have a huge cup of herbal tea in the morning, then sparkling water with lunch, then another huge cup of herbal tea in the afternoon, then sometimes water with dinner, sometimes water with popcorn (no popcorn this week though - fat to muscle diet) in front of the TV (a habit I need to break).

I don't drink enough. I am trying to turn over a new leaf this week, and drinking more water is on that agenda. I love coffee, but I am making myself drink warm water with lemon before I can have my first cup of coffee. They say you can burn more calories with ice water, but I prefer warm/hot water especially in the mornings. I just need to get healthy and adding water should help. Thanks for the reminder, ladyirish.

Have a good day

Being from the NW, I drink WAY too much coffee.

Hi Cindylee,

I think the Fat Flush diet has you drink a hot cup of lemon water first thing, so you may be on to something there.

I just kind of lucked out recently. I came back from a long weekend in Colorado, and suddenly didn't like the taste of coffee anymore! How crazy is that? I'm not going to question it though, I'm just going to watch my teeth get whiter and whiter.
