Good morning everyone! It's Wednesday so you know what that means.Yesterday was Tuesday!!!LOL Profound , huh?Don't you just love the simple uncomplicated things in life you can count on?Tne morning cup of coffee(or tea) that starts your day.The pet that always loves you no matter what. The girlfriend that knows exactly what you mean. The message board where someone always understands. What's in your life that is uncomplicated and dependable?Isn't it nice in this crazy world to have something that is both those things.

Wednesday, hump day.How is your week going? If you're doing great with exercise and food keep it up!If you're not doing well take today and try to turn it around and get it going in the right direction.Or maybe just take some time to see where you're having trouble and see how you can do better next week.Don't let it make you crazy, we have lots of other things to do that ;)

Hope your hump day is a happy one!!!!!

There's no doubt my core needs lots of work, as done the rest of my body. What I was thinking about the other night, but then forgot, was to get out my Magic Circle to do exercises for my arms and upper body. It would probably be a lot safer. Thanks for the reminder and your post.

It is nice to have things to count on and continuity in our lives. Of course, there are other things you can count on that I wish I couldn't, but most of the time the dependable things in our lives are good.

As I mentioned in the post about my neck, I think I will try to stay horizontal today as much as I can. I can catch up on the spin on the debates and maybe read a bit.

I'm kind of tired today anyway. Don't know if it's the neck or yesterday's manual labor or going to bed at 2:45. Probably the latter. I hadn't planned it that way, but somehow it just happened. Three hours sleep is not enough.

Hope everyone enjoys the autumn weather and has a happy day.

Good Morning,

It's another beautiful fall day here with a definite nip in the air. After work is check in day with the regular doctor to see how I'm doing without the medication and probably more blood work to see how the levels are doing. Took my night time jitters last night first to the basement for a WATP video and then to the kitchen where I made sure the loved ones had an adequate food supply for dinner since again have no idea how long I'll be waiting in the doctor's office. I put together some turkey burgers and pasta salad for them so all that needs to be done is fire up the bbq and open the refrigerator door. Sure hope it's not the waiting ordeal from last week. Nothing much else shaking around here and I would say that's a good thing.

Hope you all enjoy a Wonderful Wednesday!
