Take a multivitamin specially formulated for Women –Yes, but not as regularly as I should. I go in cycles.
Daily: Apply SPF 15 (or greater) to your face – If I wear moisturizer and/or foundation. I also have some for when I go to the beach and don't wear make-up. I'm bad about putting it on when I work in the yard, but I do usually wear sunglasses and a wide brimmed hat
