Listen Miss P........sometimes you just got to spell it out, ok? I am going the "s" word, what the heck could she mean I never thought that sneeky little three letter word, I swear! Well you can just have your "s" and keep it to yourself I for one do not want any of it. Same for the snow.......oh I mean cold. Enjoy your day, I can picture you standing in the middle of the field with your arms stretched out and your tongue sticking out! Have fun, but then again I think you always do.

Sassy, sounds like Sara had a very full day. Congrats for her team coming in second. That is hard work and it paid off. Then she went to babysit for the night, I would let her sleep in too. So what did you have in that cooler of yours? We bought one of the the coolers with the wheels for the race track, just a little easier to manover around. Sounds like you and hubby had a really good nights rest, sometimes we really need that. I wish Bill would go to bed early like that at least one day a week to catch up from the rest of the week. Have fun today at church and Sunday school.

First off Kat, that is awsome on loosing 7.6 pounds. I am only at 2 pounds I thought I was happy with that. My metabolism is so slow and I guess I am doing something wrong. I need to step up the exercise to everyday and I know that. I have averaged only 2 to 3 times and its only for 30 minutes but I find I am too busy in the morning and too exhausted at night. Great job though. What is a shin splint? Better take care of it and becareful. Are you home today? Did you make that yummy sounding fish yourself? Gosh you are good!

Good morning ladies.......it is chilly here and there is no sign of the "s" word here, thank goodness. Katie and I got up about 9:00 with the animals, Cassone was on my chest, Tiger was making his alien noises in the hall and then Bingo started to stir which ment let me out and feed us. Can you just feel the love, lol. Well one cup of tea and some washed dishes here I sit. Bill is still sound asleep upstairs and Rob just went into the shower. They got home around 1:30 last night. Billy is out too and I am not sure what time he got home. Remember being 22? I invited my inlaws to dinner today to enjoy the fresh ham with us. My MIL just called to ask what could she bring and I said nothing. I have plans of a fresh ham, sourkraut, apple sauce, fresh string beans, corn and mashed potatoes (baked for me), gravy and dinner rolls. I think I will make some parfeit glasses of FF/SF chocolate pudding for dessert. Then I can stay on plan. I really do not want them to bring in cake. Nothing else planed and I think I can enjoy that. I have several issues of MORE magazine and Prevention sitting here that I should read. I think I will light some candles this afternoon and just make like broccoli..........veg! Hope you all have a wonderful day today. Back to the real world tomorrow. Enjoy!
