Good post Patty, thanks. Good luck with Bea, lol. I think you can handle an Explorer though. They are not that big, lol. Heck I drove a full size Bronco and then a full size van for year. I can handle the daulie pickup truck too. So I know you can.

I need some of that ump you are talking about. I need some wind for my sails. Yesterdays weigh in really upset me and I thought "why bother" again but the ladies at WW really gave me the pat on the back and try again speech. So today is a new day again. Very chilly out and I need to remote start the old wagon and let her run. Frost on the windows...yuck. I need to get into the shower now and get ready for work. Rob has his midterm Physics test this morning and that is about it for our family fun. I took chicken out for dinner and I plan on getting on the eliptal after work even if it kills me. I will check in later from work if I get time. Today is an all dayer!

Yes he still manages to get into trouble. Although he mellowed a bit after his surgery. But in spite of it all I found him on his hind legs Saturday morning desperately pulling the tablecloth in his direction to get at a left behind piece of bagel. Fortunately I got to it before he got it and pulled everything off the table at the same time. And no, I don't think the XY's grow out of it either sorry to say!

Good Morning,

It is chilly out this morning but not as cold as it's going to get over the next few days. I am dressed, however, for the desert conditions at work. The poor maintenance guy is always being sought in the hallways for either the refrigerator like conditions in the office or the tropics which existed yesterday. I think that was another reason I came home so tired yesterday. There was just no air circulating.

I've had a productive morning. Almost slept through my workout time but fortunately woke up in time to get in my treadmill time and did a few stretches. Not as many as I had planned but a decent workout nonetheless. My dinner is all prepared and ready to pop into the oven when I get home at 5. I'll just have to make a salad and we're set to go. DD had requested this casserole from the archives. It's easy to prepare ahead and using extra lean ground beef and part skim mozzerella it's healthy as well. DD has decided that she needs to put a curb on her eating since she seems to be expanding out of her work clothes. She puts my sweet tooth to shame! She is a die hard choco-holic. So we're working together to continue to eat healthy. Even DH has cut down on his portions-just can't seem to keep him off the coffee truck at work or get in any exercise. Still working on that hill of laundry-trimmed it down a little bit more this morning.

Otto and I will head out for our after dinner walk and then I hope to file away some papers I have piled up. Planning on some reading time like last night which was so enjoyable!

Kat-I hope you're feeling better today. I sympathize with both you and Karen about the coach thing. Although DS wasn't involved in too many school sport teams he was involved in a PAL roller hockey team which he loved. The coaches were supposed to use all the players consistently since it was a sport you pay for your child to play. It's supposed to be a learning experience as well as fun. Unfortunately this coach used only his best players all the time since he was always out for the win. With a little more instruction and confidence building DS could have been a really good player but the coach didn't want to help just wanted that win. Certainly didn't do much for those players that were left out on a continual basis. He always had an excuse why they weren't used. It never sat right with us and eventually he quit the sport.

Nancy-hope you get some quiet time this evening!

Well looking at the time I gotta run. Hope everyone is feeling well and has a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning!

That's certainly an interesting way of looking at how we mis-spend our energy sometimes.
