I'm having a hungry Friday night too. Must be the cold and dark triggering some kind of hibernation response... Fortunately, I had a bunch of flex points left so I had wine and dessert (ww Eclairs!) and that was quite satisfying. I had some great news yesterday. My younger daughter is a cancer survivor (5 years +) and she had a test result that scared us a little. We thought it might be a recurrence, but it turns out that it wasn't. So I am feeling very grateful and relieved. I am happy for her that she can relax again and go back to living her young life without the fear she was facing for the last few weeks. And of course happy to let go of the fear I was experiencing too. My other DD seems to be having a good week too. Getting along with the boyfriend and following the WW plan with me. All is quiet for now, which is another reason for gratitude.
Tomorrow is my weigh in at WW. I don't know whether I lost any weight or not. My clothes are still too tight, but I did have a very healthy diet and exercise week, and I feel good.
I think I'll go do some yoga streches and go to bed. I am SO glad that tomorrow is Saturday and I don't have to go to work :)

I'm slowly bringing things up here I want to keep, making sure to utilize only the space I have.
That being said I've been side-tracked all day.
Beautiful picture, Deb, and now you've got me wanting blueberry pancakes too! It doesn't take much to do that anyway (or peach pancakes). :-)
I had my check-up with my dr. I think so highly of.

So happy to hear that everything was OK with your DD's test results. I'm sure that was met with a huge sigh of relief!
Hope you had good results at WW. That's great that your DD is doing it along with you. Always helps to have a support partner close at hand!

Pretty sweater Rhonda! Love that color! Glad things went well at your checkup. Isn't nice to have a doctor that gives you the time you need?
