I'm having a lovely Sunday.

I lost 2.2 pounds last week ( had my weigh in yesterday), so I am feeling fine!
I got up this morning and decided to make a healthy dessert, so I made a box of cheesecake-flavored fat-free, sugar-free pudding and layered it in dessert dishes with fresh blueberries and fresh sliced strawberries. It's really pretty as well as tasty!

Went to Ross this afternoon and ended up getting 5 blouses for under $50.00. (YAY!) That was some fun shopping... I'm planning to go back in a few weeks and get some pants. I'd like to reward myself with that after I lose a couple more pounds.

Did the 4-mile super-challenge (Leslie Sansone) today. It always makes me feel so good!

I think tonight I will watch some videos with DH, have a glass of wine with my ww entree and get to bed fairly early.

I have to go to the dentist and get a new crown tomorrow first thing, so I want to get up early and exercise to relieve stress and get me relaxed before my 8:00 AM appointment. I get a little freaked at the dentist, but I'm learning to be calmer about it.

DD and I are both in the "still excited" phase of our return to weight watchers. We are enjoying our early success. I hope this excitement continues!

Happy Sunday,

Kim

Barb,

My heart goes out to you. What a decision to be made without any discussion between the two of you. If he won't go to counseling I certainly hope that you'll think about it for yourself. Long term anger and resentment is not good for you mentally or physically.

My what a day it's been. I've been on the go since early this morning and I'm still going. I got my grocery shopping done and the most relaxation I got today was my time in the nail salon. They have new chairs for pedicures and they give you a back massage while having your pigges done. I got a cup of coffee from DD and then home for some lunch.

I was actually going to have a lazy afternoon and my conscience got the better of me and decided I had better try to clean up around here. Well 5 loads of laundry later, a vaccuming of doggie hairballs, a very long walk with Sir Otto, making dinner-which was very good but had a lot of prep work involved, while dinner was cooking there was bathroom scrub down. That is DH's chosen household chore but he's been just a bit neglectful and if it isn't on his Saturday agenda it just doesn't get done. Quite frankly I had no intentions for waiting another week to see if it was going to be on his schedule and it was to the point where I just really didn't want to use it. After dinner DS asked for help rearranging his room. It's funny how everything needs to revolve around that big screen TV! He's got a lot of furniture and a very oddly configured room. Moved the bed one way, couldn't close the door, moved it another way, TV angle was all wrong. We finally got the TV angle right, the computer desk situated right, his leather recliner lined up correctly for the perfect TV angle and all seems right with the world at the moment although now he has to reconfigure his surround sound system. Just glad DD isn't home tonight because if she could see what DS put in her room I would definitely need a pair of earplugs.

Now I just need to put sheets on the bed so I can crawl between them but still need to finish up a few things around here. I'm supposed to be in to work early tomorrow morning although a mental health day sure would be nice!

Well I'd better not sit here to long or they may find me asleep on top of the keyboard. Gotta keep moving to finish up.

Susan
