Finally!!! Some GOOD fitness news...

I was just reading an article on managing your middle. I skimmed it and it's "possible" I haven't quite got all the details right but as I understand it it's sporadic drinking that leads to weight gain.Those that drank sporadically but intensely had more abdominal fat than those who drank regularly but smaller (hey , it's not all good news) amounts. AND an Australian study found that women who consumed moderate amounts of alcohol had LESS belly fat than those who didn't drink at all. I feel a fitness session coming on!!!
I'm still reading and will let you know what else I learn......
