Good Morning,

We had a light coating of snow overnight but the sun is now out shining brightly. I haven't ventured outside yet so I don't know whether it will be sticking around or melting away as the day wears on.

My workout for the day is complete. Treadmill time this morning and all those good for me stretches this morning.

It will be another tedious day at work. We're both trying to keep up with our regular responsibilities at work plus get this task completed and we both feel a bit overwhelmed.

DH will be heading back out the door this evening so I have a 10 minute Tuscan soup and grilled chicken with fresh mozzerella, tomato, red pepper and basil paninis on the menu for this evening. Super quick and DH and DD have asked that I make the paninis. Nice quick and easy dinner.

Hopefully the sidewalks and streets will be free of ice this evening and Otto and I will venture out for our walk. Not sure I'll have the energy to tackle any tasks around here after 5PM except kitchen clean up.

That's about it from my neck of the woods. I hope everyone enjoys a wonderful Wednesday!

Thanks ladies for yesterday and giving me permission to cry. I thought I had gotten it out of my system yesterday morning but was the day progressed I had a few more moments. I never made it back last night because my husband decided he wanted to go online. MEN! Well the last set of tears for the night were at my WW meeting. I got off the scale to discover I lost 2.8 pounds, making my total for the month of January 4.8 pounds. I was so worried I would not be able to do the 3 pounds Nancy encouraged us to obtain for each month. But it happened and I don't know how since I exercised little and did not stay true to the plan. But today is Wednesday which means fresh week for my eatting plan. I went to Target yesterday after work and purchased two DVD's. I bought the WATP 2 mile walk and the Gunner Peterson Absolute Abs/Full Body Workout. So now I can do them in my den, more room and while my family sleeps. I set the clock for early however my body did not get up until 6:30. I quickly put my sweats and sneakers on and did it then. Bill encouraged me and said to go for it. So I did........Katie managed to get done without Bill getting angry and I got a 2 mile walk in. I was in bed by 10:30 so tonight I will attempt to move it back to 10:15. Dinner is in my crock pot..........pot roast with carrots, onions and potatoes. I will add a salad to mine and I will still be on my Core plan. Aunt Flo is still lurking and I know she is close but the boost last night helped. We also had a visitor at our meeting. She has been a member of WW for 8 months and lost 85 pounds but her total was over 100. She looked so good and was so uplifting and encouraging it made me cry again. Well best to finish my make-up and get dressed considering I should be at my office like NOW. Have a good day everyone and thanks again.......you guys mean the world to me.

Last night's dinner was so easy....sliced some turkey breast with a slice of cheese and put that on a roll and heated it up.
