It is never a good thing to come to the board and not see a morning post by Miss P. Always worries me, hope your feeling well Patty and just busy. I have read these last few weeks about shoping for this and shoping for that.......new sneakers, new running pants, new furniture, new husbands (oh that is another board, sorry), new vacations...what ever but what about shoping for the new you! Don't you think each time we tie our old sneakers or put those suckem up undies on we are shoping for a new you? I think we are trying hard to find the newest person we can be, that is more defined, better educated, healthier inside and out..........many of our daily purchases revolve around that quest. So today I am shoping for a positive attitude to get me through my next several weeks of stress. What are you shoping for today? What are your plans for the day? How is your weather? What are you thankful for.....everyday stuff or something more special? Please share with everyone!

I'm going to respond over at Nancy's, but I wanted to say I like your post this morning.

I saw a Middle Eastern wedding at the hotel where Rob and I stayed in Orlando the last time and the women wore saris. Some of the fabrics were just incredible! I loved sitting in the lobby and watching them arrive. The groom had on what appeared to be a long Nehru jacket and satin slippers. I noticed a few other men wore satin slippers too.
Hope those bruises heal up quickly and don't give you much pain.
February is my worst month too. I think because it's usually the coldest and the days are often so gray. Also, other than Valentine's Day, there's really nothing fun to look forward to. Take heart though, Rob and I noticed it was starting to get light when he left for school this morning, so that means the days are starting to get longer!! Hurray!

When we have achieved a state of wellness, we feel buoyant and energetic. Some of us are naturally slim, while others will always be curvy. No matter what our weight, we can use the cues we receive from our physical and mental selves to judge how healthy we really are.-Daily OM
