Physical Dump of Your Memory?

Third time in the last month of so I've come to my computer to find a blue screen filled with white writing in warning computer language that scares me to computer death....saying something like:

A physical dump of your memory is about to begin....

and

if this is the first time this message has occured then turnoff the computer and restart..

I usually panic and turn the computer off quickly and then it does a few things and starts up..

But...

I thought how ironic I am getting this message when I really feel at times that

a physical dump of my own personal memory is happening?

Memory issues:

Have you seen the ad on tv where the woman talks into a little recorder and says "my car is on Aisle 8B"...after she parks so she remembers where the car is...or

"don't forgot to take out the casserole"...

I need one of those to carry around my neck at home..

"you are going into the family room for the dictionary"...so I don't go in to the family room and think...

Why Am I Here?

I saw that ad the other day and thought it would be a good thing to buy until I decided I'd probably lay it down somewhere and not be able to find it.
