Good morning everyone. Has anyone noticed the Post cereal ad on the board? It tells you what time it is. I thought that was so cool. Then again

The nerves are starting to kick in..............! Good post Patty, thank you. I was up before the alarm clock at 5:45. I just laid there until 6:00 and then headed into the shower. My house is empty, everyone has left for school or work and I have eatten my cereal, had my tea, made my bed, blow dried my hair, gotten dressed, folded a batch of laundry and all I have left to do is put my shoes on and some make-up. I said I would come in around 8:30 to have an hour of quiet time with my boss to look over files and come up with a game plan for the day. Of coarse no matter what game plan we come up with the phones ring nonstop on Monday and things come up unexpected. Its just the Spanish sect and me today so the day might get hairy and I need to just learn to breathe. Anyone have a relaxation tape they would suggest? It might pay me to keep one at the office.

My house is cleaned and organized, still laundry to tackle but that never ends. Dinner is going to be left overs or eggs. Simple and quick. I am sure I will be searching for that bed and highly doubt exercise is going to fit into the schedule for today. I hope you all have a wonderful day. Stay warm because I know we have too. Wish me luck and say a prayer for me to hold it together.

Good Morning,

Great message this morning Miss P!

Are we absolutely sure that it's Monday already? It seems like I was just running out the door at the 5PM whistle on Friday! I guess I still can't quite accept how fast the weekends go.

It's 9 outside this morning and of course the wind is whipping around so we have to add in the wind chill factor which brings us into the negative numbers. Apparently it's going to be like this until the end of the week. I ran a bag of garbarage outside before the pickup and it's just a bit nippy out there!

I had a great workout this morning using the exercise bike and then onto some weight work. I think I have a schedule in my head to get that weight work in at least 2x a week.

Entree this evening will be meatloaf. I have it all mixed up and in the pan so DD just has to turn the oven on and get it in there. Baked sweet potatoes for DH and myself and a baked potato for DD. I have a bag of mixed veggies in the freezer that Birds Eye makes and steams them in a bag in the microwave. Going to check those out as a side this evening.

Not sure what I'm doing about the Otto walk. I think Ott's fur will take care of him-not so sure about me!

Hope to get some reading time in this evening. I didn't get too much in yesterday. DD came home very shaken by her BF's grandmother's illness. She called an ambulance for herself on Friday and they've discovered that she suffered 2 ministrokes, had pnemonia and they've discovered several blood clots. She was very disoriented on Saturday when DD went to see her although she was doing better last evening. It's bringing back some painful memories of her own grandmother and her BF is as close to his grandmother as she was to hers. Both of them have seen a change in her personality over the past few weeks although everyone else seems to have pushed it aside. They're both very worried about what will happen after she is released as she lives alone and still drives. Two things that are probably going to have to be dealt with. So if you could please say a prayer for Marie.

Nothing much else going on. It's back to work day and it's back to working out the kinks in our new billing system. Hopefully everything will be done and out the door by this afternoon with both our sanities or what's left of it intact!

Well time to pack up the snacks and water bottles and hopefully my remote start that has been giving me fits will work this morning. Works for DH and of course can't figure out what my problem is. Of course the CD eject button in my car works for him too!

Hope everyone has a great start to the week and have a magnificent Monday!
