It's early for the West Coast but you gals out East are probably thinking about winding down for the day.

Motto for the day...embrace change!

Was iffy on everything I had to do.

Oh...I haven't heard of No Time For Colds...I stick to my EmergenC packets each day and they seem to keep me pretty healthy.

Typical end of the week can't wait for 5 to come kind of day.

My oldest DD certainly didn't have your typical kind of day. She had to go in the Board of Education in NYC for one of her monthly meetings. DD has claustorphobia and has had a fear of elevators since she was little. Whenever I took the kids shopping and I had to use the the stroller I would have to convince her to get into the elevator. Well coming down from the 19th floor of the building the elevator dropped several floors, stopped dropped several more floors until they were finally stopped and stuck between the 1st and 2nd floors. 14 people were in the elevator and it took 45 minutes for the the elevator people to finally manage to get them to a floor and open the doors. Needless to say she was really shaken up by the whole thing but fortunately everyone was ok. I'm not sure how she's going to convince herself to get back into the elevator when she has to go back the next time. Apparently this isn't the first time that this has happened.

Other than that I enjoyed my takeout dinner and Otto enjoyed his Friday night giant bone night. I swear this dog knows when it's Friday. He sits and whines until DH arrives with food and then whines until I go the pantry to get his Friday night treat.

I wasted no time when I got home to quickly get into my pjs and robe-I think that was about 5:15. It's now time to settle into the chair and spend a quiet night.

Hope everyone has had a good day and to all a good night's rest.

Well I am finally going to do a real post. Never had time this morning. Actually I did start one, something came up (dog barking outside) and then I never finished. I did work today because this is all new and well we had a bank closing today and I knew they needed me. My boss Tom thanked me 200 times for coming in. Worked from 10 till 3:30 then headed home to be with Katie. I had a nail appointment at 5 and I took her with me to get her piggies done. She just loves that! From there we stopped at the shop to see Bill and he was still working hard. SO he gave us a few dollars and we went to the diner for dinner. Katie had veal cutlet parm and I had a salad with grilled chicken. We got home and Bill was about 10 minutes behind. What a mess my house is but it will get cleaned tomorrow. I just finished a cup of tea and I think I will join Bill on the couch........that is if he is still awake. Rob went to a friends house for a party and Billy is out with friends. Katie is watching the TV upstairs and the world is quiet at the Madden house. Very unsual for a Friday night. The week did catch up with

Actually Rhonda it gave me the warm and fuzzies! I knew it was you right away before you said your name. Funny thing is I had just said to myself I need to find your number and call you! So great minds think alike!

I was playing online last night on the Disney site and on Wednesday when we get there we are planning on going to Animal Kingdom for the day. That park is open later for hotel guest so since we are not arriving in Orlando until late morning I figure that would be a good place to head. Most likely we will have dinner in that park or the Animal Kingdom hotel.

I did also discover that on 3/1 (Thursday) the Magic Kingdom opens early but I doubt we will head there too much earlier then the origianal park opening at 9. But its normal hours area 9 to 8 that day. On 3/2 (Friday) is the extra evening hour at Epcot so we are thinking about doing MGM early Friday morning (hours 9-7) and then head over to Epcot later in the afternoon (hours 9-7 but open later for hotel guests). Bill wants to have breakfast with the characters one morning and I thought he was crazy at first, thinking Katie is too old but they both proved me wrong this morning, lol. We have a picture from 10 years ago of Katie with Cinderella and they both want a now picture........so I need to look into breakfast with Cinderella on either Thursday morning or Friday morning. So much for playing it by ear huh? Let me know what your plans are going to be if you have any yet. This is fun!!! Oh, how warm is it? Do I need to pack shorts?

I'm so glad it gave you the warm fuzzies! :-)

The meals with Cinderella are already booked for those dates. Lauren tried for the girls and all that was left was dinner around 4:15 one day. It was $40. a person for adults and $25. for kids, plus Cinderella doesn't sit with you. She circulates, and you can get a picture made with her. They decided it wasn't worth it. It would be better to use the money to go see Disney on ice and just see the characters in the park. Erin's matron-of-honor is Belle, I think. She took time off to have her son, but I believe she's back at work. Cinderella is Andie's favorite. Ariel is Claudea's. I got the Jibbitz of Cinderella and Belle the other day, since I'd missed them on the first go-round, and will give them to the girls when they come down. I haven't heard if they got Ariel and Jasmine yet that I mailed.

It will be so convenient for you staying in the park. We'll be near Sea World. Will you be going there at all? I am
