* Conquering My Loins... Again Saturday*

Good morning gang. Yep, I'm going to tackle my loins again today. Big day for me!! I'm planning to hit CL then come in, toss on the June Cleaver outfit and cook. I'll have Donna's BBQ Pulled Loin going in the crockpot and a pie baking in the oven.Heck I may even have enough fat guy left to toss in me and make it even more fun....
Happiness is an attitude. We either make ourselves miserable, or happy and strong. The amount of work is the same. ![]()

That's not a new quote or new idea but it caught my eye because of the wording "happy and strong".The other night when I went upstairs and did my weights I actually enjoyed

I like this post Princess... It's very true... For me I have to figure how what truely makes me happy... then I can come up with the right attitude...
Work today.. Not looking forward to it but will make the best of it.. Home then Card Club... Not looking forward to that either.. . will do my best to have fun.. I think I am just tired from having this cold... Next week should be better... Perhaps then I will find the happiness attitude.
No snow in our forecast but it's a warm negative 15.

Good Morning,
A definite jump start to my morning seeing your heading this morning Miss P!
I completed my workout early this morning on the treadmill. I've picking up the intensity and lenghting the time. Sure do work up a sweat!
Mr.Otto is off to the doggie spa a/k/a the vet for a bath, ear cleaning and nail clipping. He heard, bath, car and saw me get his leash and knew that it wasn't time for a walk. He took off running, laid down on the rug and kept turning his head so I couldn't get his leash on. But I won and poor thing kept looking away as he was being led off to what he considers torture. Maybe it actually is for him. But the end result will be a much better smelling Otto.
DH and I are meeting in the basement to try to straighten up down here. It doesn't seem like I'm going to win the battle in trying to permanently remove some of this stuff but I did suggest moving it upstairs to the storage closet to make some room down here. It's not the solution to the problem but until we can agree at least it will be out of the way.
I would love to clean out the storage side of the pantry closet too. But I think I need to do that without him around since I have some items I would like to get rid of but don't want to hear-you're getting rid of that?
I do have to get some housecleaning done as well. Doggie hair is again taking over. There will be no Betty Crocker or June Cleaver going on around here. I still have my Omaha burger box from our Christmas gift so hamburgers on the inside grill with some garlic roasted potatoes.
Otto and I also need to head out for our walk in the daylight hours. He hasn't been out in a couple of days and after torturing him at the vet I have to make sure to get him out for a nice doggie sniffing stroll.
That's about it from this neck of the woods. DH is waiting and when we're both inspired to clean up gotta go with it. Hopefully maybe some throw out will occur as well-one can hope and dream!
DD in MA has a line on a job. Not related to her photography degree at all. A friend of hers has been diligently talking to anybody and everyone that may be looking for someone. It turns out that a friend of his father is looking to expand his business and is looking to staff so she printed up a letter of introduction and her resume. Hopefully something good will come of this and she can get out of this terrible job situation she is in at the moment.
Hope everyone is well and has a satisfying Saturday! Enjoy conquering those loins!

Howdy ladies! Not morning here any more. Slept in this morning until 8:30 and it felt great. Unfortunatly when I went to the outside frig to get my milk it froze up and we have a milk man and our milk comes in glass bottles. Both bottles were frozen and cracked......argh. Milk every where. So guess what I will be cleaning later. Not a good way to start the morning.....anyway..... good message Miss P! I have to say that I am made the pulled pork twice now and my guys just love it. I bought fresh hard rolls and they put the pork onto the rolls. Yummy taste! Enjoy it! I have to be honest I have not listened to a weather report or news channel this week at all and I have no clue what is heading our way. I just know its too darn cold outside.
Bill headed to the shop to organize his books from the week, pay some bills and hit our bank. Rob has gone to the shop to detail a truck and Billy went out to breakfast with some friends and then will be heading to the shop to work on his race car. I believe Bill has work to do on Robbies race car too. Bill said not to cook we would go out later, not a good thing for me on WW but I just need to make wise choices and eat less. My FIL just picked up Katie and is taking her to lunch and then over to the horse barn for her riding lesson. Giving me more time to clean and organize around here. I have several batches of laundry that need to be done, vacuuming and dusting. I did clean one bathroom already and I still have the upstairs one to tackle. I have my ipod going with my music on it and it is motivating me to get moving. Who knows I might try a little walking on that eliptical machine later..........living on the edge, right? LOL!
Well I hope you all have a wonderful day today and you get some relaxing done over the weekend. I will catch up later!
