Not sure if I spelt that right but you know what I mean............so how was your Sunday? I am typing this without my glasses and I have to say that even the # 4 font looks fuzzy. This is not a good thing. What did you do today? What kind of weather did you have? Did you stay snuggled inside or brave it out in the cold? Is Rhonda the only one of us not facing really cold temps? Did you get some exercise or did your exercise include lifting your fork? Please share if you dare!

Wow no check in posts yet? Is everyone asleep on their sofa's or having a party? Goodness this place is quiet for a Sunday night. Maybe there is a holiday someone forgot to tell me about? Well my day was very nice. Went to breakfast with Bill and Katie and I went for the french toast........so not WW or Core plan. From there we headed out to the east end of Long Island and had a visit with Daniel. Horses were very up and for those who do not know what I am talking about......they were frisky. So we just took Daniel for a walk, brought him into the barn and groomed him a little, Katie made up some hot bran mash with some apples and carrots and let him eat away. We took him back out to turn out and then headed towards home. We stopped at a Ford Dealer to look for some 2008 trucks but they did not have any. Bill got word his truck is going to be built within the next 3 weeks and he is getting excited. We got home and I put the roast into the oven. Once the lamb was cooking and the table set I grabbed a large blanket, and extra pillow and laid on the couch. I actually took a nap and it felt so great. My inlaws came over around 4:30 and we ate around 6:00. I must say I totally enjoy knowing my family loves to gather around my table and join together for dinner on Sundays. Its a good feeling. After we ate, we did some coffee/tea and then my inlaws headed home. Bill and Rob are watching Drag racing on the big TV in the den and Katie and I went upstairs to watch Extreme Home Edition Make-overs. Katie is in bed and I am going to put the final touch on my kitchen clean up and then head upstairs. I think I need to hit the hay litterally, before 10 since tomorrow is a full day and a busy one at that. I hope everyone had a great day too.

My Sunday was pretty ho hum too... no exercise.. eatting was ok... just resting and relaxing... maybe too much... Sometimes too much resting leads to a bit of depression funk... so does doing too much.. .I just need to find a BALANCE....

Watched the Grammy's last night.. Wasn't too impressed.
