Good morning Patty and the rest of you wonderful ladies! Patty truer words were never spoken and I have to say........thank God for Monday restarts. They are what keep me going/trying. I do well Monday through Friday night and then it gets lost over the weekend. Not that I am eatting horrible on the weekends its just I am not eating correctly. Does that make sense? Exercise that is another discussion. Last night I had it all worked out in my head, Rob will get up and 6 and take his shower first. While he is in there I will exercise then Bill's turn, then my turn, then Billy. Sounds good right? Well Rob does not have to be in school until 9:00 on his "B" days so he did not want to get up and shower at 6:00. Really can't blame him so I needed to be the first one in the shower and there is no way I could drag my body out of the bed at 5:30. How do you ladies do it? So my game plan is to attempt to do some form of exercise upon returning from work and before dinner. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Well the house is organized, Bill & Katie are gone, Rob has showered, Billy is almost done and I am also showered, dressed, eatten my scrambled eggs, and made my bed. Just some teeth brushing for me and some make-up and I am out the door. Have a wonderful day everyone. Since it is a restart day..........make it count! Do an extra sit up for me, would ya?

Good Morning,

Well it's barely 8AM and I've already worked out, marinated chicken, been to the doctor for a 7AM appointment and now eating my breakfast before heading off to the working world.

Doctor's appointment went well. I had a bp reading that I've never EVER seen 110/60-I was going to ask to have him take my pulse to make sure I was still here. We'll see if it's still that way for the regular doctor. It sure would be nice to come off at least one of the prescriptions. We discussed the intermittent pain I'm still experiencing occasinally. It could be bouts of pancreatitis-apparently I'm more susceptible to that because of that whole extra duct thing. He's not leaning that way but not ruling it out either. So I have a prescription for the lab in case I have an extended bout I'm to get myself to the lab to have blood work. There's a procedure to correct the problem but he won't do it unless it's absolutely necessary. I was a good girl and also scheduled my colonoscopy. How fortunate for me they had a date next week. I know the prep is worse than the procedure. I'll have to make sure I get my memo typed off for the powers that be at work.

Other than that it's very quiet around here. Everybody has gone off to their respective days of employment. Otto and I will head out for a walk after dinner. Some nasty weather might be headed our way-sounds like snow, sleet, rain over the next few days. DH is already heading up Operation Snowman as we call him rearranging car placement etc.for a storm that may or may not happen.

Donna-good luck to your DH today. Good thoughts for him!

Deb/MN hope you're feeling better.

Nancy-safe travels for you and your DH. Have a wonderful trip.

Well off to finish my coffee and perhaps take a few minutes and read the paper before heading to work.

Hope you all have a magnificent Monday!

That does look good Karen.... We had heart shaped brownies at Card Club on Saturday... She put cherry syrup on the plate laid the brownie on top then topped it with a dollap of whipped cream and put a cherry on top.. It was nice... So I dug out my heart shaped cookie cutters and am thinking of making some for the family and work... I wonder what I should do with the left over wierd shaped brownies... hmm maybe layer then in a parfait glass... with ?
