Good morning everyone.Deb/mn I can't get the brownie dessert out of my head that you mentioned. I'm pretty sure when the weather clears I'll be heading to the store for brownies. Cl-Deb, great job on the weight loss!

I don't understand why Cupid was chosen to represent Valentine's Day.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Not such a happy day weather wise. We had a coating of snow and now freezing rain and sleet. I'd rather have the snow than this mess. But I guess I don't have a choice.

In spite of the nasty weather I'm headed to the lab this morning. Since my meeting with the doctor Monday I've been having this recurrent problem and again this morning. I'll probably deice my car and head there and then straight to work since it's close by. Hopefully all the streets have had something thrown down on them to make them a little less slick.

There must have been something in the air with the eating problem yesterday. My boss had gone to Costco to pick up necessities for the office and plenty of unnecessary items. Then last night I ran to the grocery store to pick up a few things that DD felt like eating and found myself browsing the ice cream aisle. I can't tell you the last time I had ice cream in the house or I've had any. I finally opted for some mini ice cream sandwiches that I hoped would end my craving for chocolate and ice cream.

Workout is complete for the day although it was another morning of not really wanting to be there. But I know if I don't get up and get it done I'm going to fall in the black hole of not doing anything. I guess part of it is that I was a bit disappointed that when I went to the doctor Monday morning everything that was gone is back again and I'm back to square one. So I think my scale is officially out the window and I just keep reminding myself about that great bp reading and that is what is more important that the number on the scale.

Karen-so glad that you got to meet up with Nancy and her DH. She is a fun person!

Lori-thinking good thoughts for Sadie and I hope you have good news.

Donna-thinking good thoughts for your DH!

Rhonda-haven't heard from you. Hope everything is OK.

CL-Deb-great job on that weight loss!

Everyone enduring this nasty weather-safe travels!

Better get moving-check in with everyone later!

Happy Valentines Day, everyone....

I'm not sure if this storm is a dud in the area around our house or if there's going to be a doozy of a backlash

I treasure all of my friendships....not just in the "real world" but this board as well.

I decided a couple years ago that it was time to not worry about being embarrassed about saying, "I love you" to my girlfriends.
