Good Morning,

Excellent post this morning Miss P and so true!

It is another new start. After a week of no exercise it was time to get started again. I will admit that my knee and hip were in full rebellion this AM. They haven't gotten any attention this past week and they sure did let me know about it. I was also a little light headed getting off the treadmill which has never happened. Time to start off a little more slowly and work myself back up.

We did have some snow overnight but at this point it's a big sloppy mess. It looks like it's over and a bit of a warm up over the course of the week.

Back to a full week of work and hope that it flows smoothly. Nothing much else going on around here. Good old fashioned sloppy joes on the menu this evening with some red roasted potatoes and broccoli.

Rhonda-hope you're enjoying the family being there! Happy Birthday to the little lady!

Donna-hope everything is OK up in MA.

Patty-good thoughts going out to your sister.

Nancy-safe travels back home.

Well time to pack up the good snacks for the day and get my car cleaned up and warmed and remembering to keep my valet key in my coat pocket and not in my purse in a locked car!

Hope everyone enjoys a good start to the week!

<<BBQed some hot dogs, bratwurst, and chicken breast, I made oven roasted potatoes seasoned with onion and rosemary, and a large green salad with chunks of provolone and hard salami>>>

Morning Ladies!

The Oscars 2007, the very first time I remember them starting, and about five minutes later it seemed they ended.

Hello ladies sorry I have been missing in action. Weekend was busy with cleaning, organizing, laundry and packing clothes. Spent most of Sunday catching up but at a slower pace. Katie and I went to the fish store and bought some tropical fish for my livingroom fish tank. I promised not to cook these! Now my tank looks pretty. From there we did a Target run for some new t-shirts for our Florida trip. We got snow last night but it did not cause any morning delays with our school district. It waa business as usual with everyone getting out. Work is slow at the moment and my boss is at 2 closings this morning so he is not hovering over my head. I figured it best not to turn the computer on before work because it leads to me being late most days. I have missed lots of posts and I am so sorry. I have to get back to work but I wanted you all to know I am thinking about you.
