That is besides Patty and her sis and family? Did you stay on program today? Or, did at least one positive thing for you like drinking your water or moving a little?

I think I got the eating under control today and did do plenty of exercise with taking 2 classes and shoveling the 3" of snow. I look at the shoveling as the "extra" I did for me.

Please share and brag!!

It's almost 7pm so I'm going to start dinner soon.

Not too bad a day in this neck of the woods...well except maybe the 2 hours in the car dealership with DS listening to the car salesman who felt the need to talk and talk and talk....But DS has decided to trade in his 2006 Denali and get himself a 2007 Trailblazer SS. They gave him a good trade in deal plus ate the rest of his payments and hopefully he'll qualify for this loan on his own, save himself quite a bit on car payments be able to have both his vehicles on his own insurance policy.

Work was a bit of a bore today but I always consider that the calm before the storm. Eating went well and got my exercise in this morning.

I am most definitely ready for bed at this point. I need to get some workout clothes together so I won't have that excuse in the morning.

Night all!

Work yesterday was rather calm, unusual for a Monday. At lunch time I ran to the nail salon and had my nails done. I usually have a permenant french but went with a frosted pink this time. I also had my piggies done but when it was time to dash back to the office they were not dry enough and I ruined them. So since Katie was at the library doing school work I grabbed my flip flops and headed back for a color change. This time I brough my magazine and I read for 30 minutes, now they were dry, lol. From there it was home to throw on a batch of laundry and order a pizza. Easy dinner! I crawled under my blanket around 9:30 and do not remember anything past 10:05.
