Good Morning,

Loved the surfing analogy. Life certainly does seem that way. It seems like I rode the big wave yesterday and by the end of the day collapsed on shore. Tough day yesterday, my mood wasn't the best, tedious and energy zapping day at work and I think I was sound asleep in the chair by 8PM last night. I'm not even sure I remember brushing my teeth and going to bed but since I did wake up in bed I guess I found my way.

We've been promised some sun today before the rain sets in for tomorrow and Friday. In honor of that possibility I wore my cute new red ballet flats!

I met with success in finding the title for DS truck. I had to put my mind in his and where did I find it-just where he said it couldn't possibly be-in his room in his folder with the rest of truck paperwork. At least it was an obvious choice. He just can't imagine how it got there! We're both thrilled he qualified for the loan on his own, he added it to his policy on his Mustang so he's on his own vehicle wise. Thrilling day for me not having to be a owner or cosigner! He has to go back and finalyze the deal and looks like he'll have his new vehicle by the weekend. I'm hoping that DH will go with him for the final paperwork but the conversation was that I'm better qualified for that job. I would really prefer if they would find jobs around here that I'm not qualified for.

It's probably going to be another busy day at work. Lots of things going on including end of the month billing and two of the attorneys are prepping for a trial which always makes for busy days.

I hope to be able to get Otto and myself out for an after dinner walk. It was damp and misty last night and I didn't feel like leaving the house. Hopefully it will be a walk and not a car dealership after dinner. I have a quick and easy turkey sausage and spinach soup planned for dinner.

Sassy-hope things continue to go well with your daughter. Continued positive thoughts and prayers.

Rhonda-Continued positive thoughts and prayers for you and Tim. Glad to hear that things are going well.

Well time to forge ahead with the day. I've got a missing check in my checkbook that I need to figure out before I drop my bills in the mail.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday and hope the ride on the waves is a good one!

Good Morning Ladies!

Yesterday was a good day. I ate pretty good - but my best accomplishment has been ween (wean?) ing myself off of sugar. It is amazing to me what that can do for you. I have lost 4 lbs this week just from cutting out the sugar. I will say it poses a problem in my cereal eating. My favorite Blueberry Morning has 15g of sugar in it! DANG! I am sure the weight loss will level off as my body gets used to being here. I hope i feel a difference in how I FEEL as well. I am kind of trying something I heard somebody else say. Incorporate one aspect of eating right at a time...focus on it until you have it under control then start the next thing. That is the only way I see myself making life changes. It is too overwhelming all at once...to give up those things that give me comfort and so much enjoyment...well - it has to happen though...if I want to enjoy my 40's 50's and so on!

I am home today. I still have a semi-sick little one. Waiting the 24 hours before I send him to school again...he had fever yesterday afternoon. I hated to send him on and him come down with fever again in the middle of class...it is a nasty little bug whatever it is! So I have one of the twins and my 3 y.o. here today. They fight like cats and dogs...so I am trying to come up with something to keep them busy and away from each other! LOL...crazy boys. I have to start cleaning out the garage today...yuck

Hope you all have a wonderful day and find that you accomplish all you set your hand to!

Good morning!

Learning to surf seems to be an ongoing process that I don't think I'll ever have down pat.

My gf (here in GH) surfs, and I've always wanted to give it a try.

Just wanted you to know that I get another point for wearing Spring-like garb today:

Best GF gave it to me because I've done so much of it his past year.

I'm very emotional today--raging PMSy like stuff...and I feel an anxiety attack coming on.
