Lori the Holidaise sauce is what my family loves ontop of steamed asparagus. Somehow that changes the aspaaragus from healthy to fattening, lol. But at least I get them to eat greens.

It is fattening but there are lower fat versions. I wish I remember where I saw it. Probably cooking light has a lower fat/calorie version.
