Good Saturday Morning

Good morning everyone. Didn't sleep well last night. Kept hearing what sounded like someone baying at the moon.......

I've been so saddened to watch the news of the tornados and the accident involving the bus carrying the baseball team. It truly makes you stop and think about the uncertainty of life and the wisdom in living well. Being mindful of giving our best, not just to our work, families and friends but to ourselves as well.Take some time today to think about what you really need; exercise, quiet time, time with a friend.Find a way to get that time in.

And on that note, what is

The average person gains 7-10 pounds on a week's vacation...so you are weigh (get it) ahead of the game!

I have been to the OBX twice with the family. The whole clan gets together at Christmas, we rent a huge house, and just chill. Unfortunately, I had my heart attack there New Years Eve 2005. Good thing it was the last day of vacation. We go to Duck...where do you go?

I'm with you with going there.

Actually, it was only 15 months ago. I am still in denial that I had one. I hate every day that I have to take medicine. Hopefully I will be getting off the Toprol this week...doc said I can get off that one next visit which is Tues. The Plavix I have to stay on for 3 more months and then I am off it. I am trying to be patient but it is hard because I don't have complete trust in the doctors since every couple of weeks, there is a new theory. Also, I get conflicting info from each doctor as well as side effects from the meds.

I am trying to be positive!

Just saw this post, which answered my question I asked earlier this morning. Actually, I'm happy you let her keep volleyball. It's a positive she seems passionate about and that's a good thing.
