Well it is Monday morning and I am afraid that is my first challenge. Actually getting up to darkness was not fun, I liked the sun peeking through at 6:30. But I guess having her hang around later in the day is better. Work will be interesting since so many files fought me tooth and nail last week. I hope I can get some of them resolved and closed.....then onto another batch of challenges. Seems most of my real estate files have trouble. None have been simple. It is keeping me on my toes. Boys made it home around 10:45 last night. Bill is sleeping in this morning and Billy is opening the shop. Rob has an early morning class so he has to get up like now! BRB! Can I let him go in late..........argh! Not a good way to start my day since I do not have to be into work until 9 and I was the first one in the shower at 6:20. Well I need to blow dry my hair and do my make-up. Not sure what I want to wear to work although everything is ironed for a change. I need to hit the grocery store for some stuff but I can run at lunch time and grab a salad at the same time. We have that wake tonight and I believe will attend as a family. Most likely we will hit the diner afterwards. Well I hope you all have a wonderful day today. I saw a sign that said.........Spring 10 days.........that was yesterday so now it's 9 days. By the way yesterday I loved looking at all the Easter stuff.........did anyone decorate yet or do they wait until St. Patty's day is over? I have lots of stuff sitting in the bins downstairs.

Good Morning,

Are we all sure it's Monday? Along with springing ahead the time did I lose a day in there somewhere? 2 days off and 5 days working is just not a good ratio!

It's supposed to be warming up this week and although it was dark this morning and DD was grumbling about driving to work in the dark I'm excited about not having to take an after dinner walk in the dark. So much easier to clean up after a certain someone!

Yesterday was such a low key day. I guess with the time change I was on the slow moving side yesterday. I did a few things around the house but didn't push myself to try to do it all. I did get some new phones for the house. DH did agree that if nothing else we needed a phone for our bedroom and did agree that maybe it's time to dump the phone in the kitchen with a newer model. They're charging up and he's hoping to get them in place after dinner. Dinner was very nice last night. DD's BF didn't join us. He went over to his grandma's to join his family there for dinner. They don't feel she's doing very well since her hospital stay. DD opted to come home since Mom's turkey sounded better than takeout. Other DD hasn't heard anything about the job but since she has the inside scoop from her BF's roommate she know that the woman has been overwhelmed by meetings and a sick child. He's anxious to get the positiion filled since it's his old job and he's trying to do his new job and old job. She apparently interviewed two people she didn't like and was going to post the job with a recuiter at the local U Mass but is holding off until she meets DD. So please keep thinking good thoughts!

Workout for the day is done courtesty of the exercise bike and weights and dinner prep is all done for the evening too. Just have to come in and cook it up. Turkey burgers, a stovetop mac & cheese from Cooking Light and a cucumber and carrot salad with an Asian dressing also courtesty of Cooking Light.

After dinner walk with Otto and then I need to get over to Staples. My black ink cartridge died in my printer midway through printing out my bill payments. It's been giving me the warning signs just kept avoiding it.

Time to pack up the snacks and water bottles for the day. Who knows what awaits me today in the land of the legal eagles. Hopefully peace and tranquility :)!

Hope Monday's beginning is a good one for everyone!

Susan

I don't usually decorate for Easter, but maybe I will this year. I'll check out what Home Goods has when I have to return Rob's tux. They always have such unique things and usually at good prices.
