Good morning everyone. BNL, good thoughts for your DD today with her job interview. Also hoping your other DD gets some answers for her health concerns. Rhonda, thoughts and prayers are with your Dad.

Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.

I had a dose of reality today when I stepped on the scale; the 3 pounds I thought I had lost were back with me. So discouraging. Then I decided to

The burger without the bun and all the trimmings---good idea.

No excitement here today for me since I am going to enjoy being home for the whole day and do things for me. I did get my fitness in by taking a step class and it is one of the classes I will be taking over the end of this month for a month. Then to the dollar store to just goof off and get those things I don't need...LOL! Did get a bagful for $11 and it was cheap therapy.

Patty, I am with you with trying to accept body for what it is right now. I find that once I stop stressing over it, I tend to lose weight. Why is that? I really believe that diet make you fat. It is just going to be healthy food choices for me and exercise. Something will give eventually. Good luck!!

Some buds are getting ready for spring around here but that is all I noticed except for some warmer days. Now I hear there is a possibility for snow this weekend so I don't build my hopes up too much.

So go with the flow everyone...

Rhonda...so sorry your Dad is not doing well. Good thing he has you and the others there to make sure he is getting good care. You have to be on the staff constantly to get things done.

I am keeping you all in my prayers. Hope you are feeling better today and the rest did you some good. Again...don't forget to take care of you too.

Fitness balls are a great tool. Just works things a little differently as well as working the core constantly trying to stay on it. You will love the boot camp class. One gym I work at has Boot Camp Challenge classes and it is fun as well as tough as can be. I think I do it to prove this 57 year old body can still do it along with the 20 somethings.

Hope it goes for you too...

Saying I'm sorry hardly seems like enough.
