You know, you can still have a glass of wine on occasion.

Wednesday.......lets just say I am glad it was yesterday and I do not have to repeat it. Morning at the office was crazy just like I predicted..........lunch was a run to the grocery store and then home to put away my frozen stuff. Came home to discover a few birthday cards in the mail. Thanks Susan and Donna..........and Donna just for the record I am going to be 46 not 49 as someone wrote in her card. Of coarse my husband saw that number and ran with it.........argh! You flipped that 6 into a 9..........lol. Now remember to do that when I really hit 49. My afternoon was busy still but less crazy as we had two other ladies come in. Just having a third person answer our phones helps. My eyes were hurting and a major head ache hit around 3 and I had to drag myself to get to 5. Once home I am afraid to admit I became a nasty mom who proceeded to yell. I need to stop doing that because its not a good way to come in the door. I jumped right into the TV being on, dishes in the sink......jackets on the floor. I need to come in and say hello and ask how their days were and talk to them, not yell. Today will be better. Bill got home early....decided to let Billy close up last night and DH was in the door at 6:15. He helped me make dinner which was BBQ hambergers and hot dogs. However half way through cooking the gas ran out on our BBQ so we had broiled dogs and burgers instead. Everyone helped clean up and I took some Exederine and folded some towels. The rest of the evening was uneventful and we watched American Idol and then I watched some TIVOed shows until 10:30. Not very exciting I'm afraid

It wasn't really the fact that she didn't know what it meant it was more the sailing right over her head that the discussion was about colleges and how nobody had a college in the playoffs except her alma mater and somehow the connection didn't click what it could possibly mean but then again she doesn't quite understand that there are two bosses either-2 names one on each side of the "&" she had a question of definition about that one too.

Actually, I'd written 46 first, then changed it to 44 because at first I thought I was jumping the gun with 46, and then I thought you were still on the upside of that slippery slope.

That would probably be a typo and lack of proof reading!

Isn't that a college from a warm climate like Florida, the Bahamas or Bermuda? LOL!
