Good morning everyone. Rhonda was on my mind first thing when I woke up. I'm so sorry for what she is dealing with now. Then I thought of Susan's great news about her DDs

Thank-you, Patty. :-) We saw some slight improvement, yet some complications, with Dad yesterday. The IV fluids had made his skin and coloring look better, but he was still almost non-responsive yesterday morning. It was a bit early for any major change. They'd shaved him, which made him look better too. The complication is that he's got the GI bug Mom has and that is causing him to remain dehydrated in spite of the fluids. Mom was still sick yesterday, but we got her to take some medicine and I went over to pick her up. Lisa had to get to work after missing the day before and Cheryl was ready to get to the hospital early when Mom wasn't, so she headed on down so someone would be there.

I am exhausted after just reading your post this morning.
It's already close to 60 degrees here.
Good morning everyone.

Rhonda, thinking of you and your family. You are all going through so much right now and then getting a virus ontop of all this does not help. Try and take care of yourself. The last thing you need is to be sick also. Just wanted you to know you are in my prayers and thoughts...............I hope you see an improvement in your dad this morning and your mom is feeling better too. {{{{{HUGS}}}}}

Hoping that you'll see some improvement with Dad today. Hope your Mom is feeling better as well that everyone doesn't have a run in with the bug.
Thinking of you with love and prayers coming to everyone.
Hugs,
Susan
Good Morning,
A very gloomy looking day on the horizon. There is talk of rain and then a winter storm warning. Hasn't the memo been passed around and read that Spring is almost here and winter storm warnings shouldn't be uttered from the lips of the weatherpeople?
I don't know whether I'm still not with the whole changing of the clock thing but I just can't seem to drag myself out of bed. With my knees aching and dragging myself around I'm one sorry sight. I did manage to get in one of my walk tapes this morning. Not the workout I had planned but a "something" nonetheless.
Time to be getting ready to get to work. Boss man has been very distant with the staff since the big meeting. 'Tude at work and 'tude at home has me fighting to keep my sanity intact!
Sassy-good luck to your DH! Hope you get out there and enjoy that pavement pounding!
Karen-hope Flo treats you better today!
Thankfuls:
DD and her new job. Very proud of her. She took a big chance leaving NY and moving to MA with no job and only her savings. She's fought off the problems with a boss that's quite frankly a not very nice person, disappointment of being turned down for job opportunities but hopefully now she will have found a much better place!

Coming of spring
Roof over our heads, income to pay the bills and food in the refrigerator.
Better get moving. Hope everyone enjoys their day.
