I am one aching lady this evening. Even though I really didn't care for that tape I did this morning it certainly does whoop me! Sore arms, shoulders, legs, thighs, bu**. You name the part it's hurtin'! Guess it did a good job!

Work was a source of frustration. I've been having computer problems since yesterday-just freezes up and I have to shut down, unplug and wait to see if it will come back on. A little after I came back from lunch it just decided it wasn't going to come back on. Of course we have don't have a computer guy although I spoke to "computer Pete" who may or may not be in tomorrow to have a look see. Meanwhile I was shuttling between 2 desks. Sunshine is off tomorrow so looks like I'll be sitting way down at the other end of the office tomorrow. Sunshine actually asked my boss if he ever ordered anything from Amazon and how he did it as she was attempting to place an order in the middle of the work day. He did ask her if she had so little to do that she was sitting ordering from Amazon and did offer to find her something to do. Her answer was she had to do it at work because her computer is very slow and shuts down at home. Even if that was the truth what happened to lunch hours or before work or after work time and why would you ask the boss? I've really never encountered anyone quite like her!

And what happened to the guy who wanted to do more around the house...has anyone seen him? He needed to eat and get out this evening...comes in pours 2 glasses of water and sits down to look at the paper. What happened to plates, forks and the like? I just don't get it.

Otto and I did enjoy an enjoyable walk. It would be nice to lose the dampness in the air and actually have the sun out. But the snow is slowly melting away, people down in the tennis courts enjoying the extra light, kids with their bats, balls and gloves warming up for the Little League season ahead, birds chirping in the trees. Otto and I are tied for gutter food grabbing. The pizza remains in the gutter! Otto 1-me 1!

My dishes are done, just have to get them put away, the coffee pot ready for the morning and I'm done for the day. I was tired by the time I hit the office and although I've been doing pretty well with half reg/half decaf coffee over the past few weeks I was craving that full jolt of caffeine this morning. But I conquered and survived! Eating has gone well and lagging a bit in the fluid department but still quite a bit to drink.

Hope you've all had an enjoyable day!

Susan, I'm hoping Butts and Guts works me like your workout did you.Great job on doing it.

Sunshine amazes me.Never have I heard of anyone asking their boss a question like that or have a reply quite like that. You must sit there and just shake your head at her.

Today was really a super day, complete opposite of yesterday. Yesterday it was cold and gloomy and I was so moody. Today was sunny and warm and I was one happy chick. Work at the GH was so much fun today. It was a slower pace and we laughed so much all day.

Hello, hello.........maybe I should say good-night, good-night. I posted about my Wednesday and realized I was very late on time. So I never did my plans for today. Not that they were any different from the plans on Wednesday. Work was pretty mild. Phones were quiet and boss was in court and at a closing. I left at 3:20 today and I was home by 3:30. I stopped by the shop to see Bill. Surprise both Bill and Billy handed me roses..........multi colored roses. There is this little old man who comes around in his truck every so often selling flowers and they both bought me a bouquet for my birthday that just passed. I had plans of doing my exercise when I got home but I got involved in laundry, beds and cooking. I never made my bed before I headed into the office and I got a call around 11 from the bed police so I had to make it as soon as I got home (thats for Donna, lol). I bought eggplant the other day and I sliced and broiled it and made WW eggplant parm for myself. My eating was great today.........Breakfast was oatmeal with apple sauce, Snack was baby carrots, Lunch was a salad and homemade chicken/vegtable soup, Afternoon snack was a WW chocolate smoothie and Dinner the eggplant with a side salad. Very healthy today. After dinner I cleaned up and then the boys came home. Since dinner was a hodge podge of left overs I warmed up some pasta, roast beef, pot roast and vegtables and the boys just helped themselves. Bill actually did all the pots/pans/dishes and wiped down the stove and counter......yeah Bill. I need to head upstairs, my eyes are growing heavy and I know I have a busy day planned tomorrow with plenty of house work. No office for me tomorrow.....I need to stay away before my boss starts to think the I am available on Fridays all the time. Ladies have a wonderful night!

Thankfuls: My birthday wishes from near and far. My Wednesday night out with my mom and sister. Our weather may be getting warmer. Peace in my home and no fighting at the moment. Our health and finances at this moment are going well. My family and friends...........all over the place.
