  • Hustle


Q How do you push yourself through your regular exercise routine?




  • Secretly compete with the woman on the next treadmill (when I used to go to the gym I would do this, lol)


  • Watch the clock until 30 minutes have passed (always do this!)


  • Read the bathroom scale regularly (not since I rejoined WW, I have not gotten back on my own scale)


  • It’s a group effort (yep, each week when I go to my WW meeting)

Definditely not the scale since it never moves!

Other-Health and health issues keep me mindful of keeping up with workouts. Although a good 5K does make me a bit competitive!

Change your screen-saver monthly - don't. Change it when the mood strikes me

Use a separate recycle trash bin - do

Q Outside of warmer weather, what are two (or more) things you are looking forward to this Spring?

Getting more walking time in outside.

Seeing the leaves and flowers reappearing

Cleaning up the disaster of a backyard!

Getting my bike out

Q If you use nail polish, what color(s) do you have?

I don't have nail polish in the house. I go for a weekly manicure and it's usually a very pale or clear polish. The piggies however are always a pretty shade of pink or red.
