Good morning everyone. Rhonda, happy to hear from you. So glad you enjoyed your time with Jackson! Continued prayers for your dad. Lori, the tattoo is beautiful. Very cool!

Today, be aware of how you are spending your 1,440 beautiful moments, and spend them wisely.

A show of hands from those who feel so often their time isn't their own! Every day we have some place we need to be, something we need to be doing. And usually it's on someone else's schedule. It gets a bit overwhelming at times. The simple beauty of happiness and contentment can get lost in the rush of the days. The joy of taking the time to do what matters to you can easily get pushed aside. Regardless of what we need to get done in a day those 1440 moments are still ours to make choices about. We may have to be doing something for others but we can decide how we want to do it. We can make the choice to give our best to the day

You really did have a very busy weekend. Love those bargains you got. I'm envious! :-) Hope you get a chance to take a few minutes to yourself to recharge your batteries. Is a bubble bath or something like that a possibility? I could really use a pedicure and just may treat myself to one today.

Happy to see you're getting some nice spring temps. Will you be swimming anytime soon? I like that you're often learning about new things. It helps

A high five for being back on track! You can accomplish a lot in 2 months (says the slacker ;-).

Thank-you for the very cute card you sent and for taking the time to mail a printed version of the new FOF Directory. I really appreciate it.

It seems you and your mom have more than earned the right to be groggy; I just played too hard.

Hope the feeling passes soon....

Hi all...today was definitely one of those days when I had to share my time. I did go to the gym and ran errands for myself and others and then came home to messages on phone that had to be taken care of. Two of the messages sounded like there was something seriously wrong and one was and one wasn't. Let's say in terms of health, everyone is ok, but one child is going to go through a rough patch with spouse losing job in the next 3 months. So...stress level is rising and my shoulder is available.

Hope to go out like a lion with my eating and fitness plan and be in tip top shape before I go to NC again the end of the month. I have to journal to make this work and that is a challenge in itself. I start out the day well with journaling but slack off as the day goes on. I keep reading that if you write down everything you put in your mouth, it will be a wake up call and you will eat less because it is right in front of your face. It is so easy to forget about the BLTs.

Plans for exercise are already taken care of and I am subbing different kinds of exercise classes all week. Whoopee!! Now to stay just as focused on my eating and making good choices.

Hope you all have a nice week.
