Well everyone it is after 9:30 and most of us should be in the downward slide into the relaxation mode. What kind of day did you have? Were you pretty busy or did you have a slower pace? Did you fit your exercise in today? How was your eating? Did you drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water? How was your weather today? Plans for tonight or is the couch and pillow have your name on it?

I think.....rather I know I am ready for bed. What a busy day yesterday and today was. I was at work early today (8:30) for my boss had 4 closings today and 2 were in our office. I had several files that needed his attention and I knew once these closing started I would never get his attention. So I pushed myself to get in early and I am glad I did. I managed to get thru my pile of files and my desk is clean and file free. What a great feeling! I got out at 3:30 instead of 3:00 but I left knowing that my work was caught up until Monday morning. No work for me tomorrow....yippie! Actually he is closing the office at noon but that did not effect me. He leaves for Florida tomorrow morning and will be gone until Wednesday afternoon so we should have a few quiet days next week. I have to say that Aunt Flo is just nasty this month. Can I ask a personal question? With our ages.....Aunt Flo can be unusual. Have any of you experienced her when she is so heavy you go right through a super plus tampon in an hour? This is the worst I have ever been and I actually had to change my tampon every 90 minutes. I actually had an accident in the grocery store, in all my 46 years this has never happened to me before. Thank goodness Katie went grocery shopping with me. She helped load the car, carry the bags in and unpack. After dinner tonight she let Bill & I sit while she cleaned all the plates, put away the left overs and completely loaded the dishwasher. She even helped me fold the laundry that was in the clothes dryer. Yesterday she did her room from top to bottom..........she called it a "WOW" because it was so clean. I am very proud of her these last few days so remind me of this when things go back, lol. I just had some fresh strawberries and blueberries with some lite cool whip for dessert and I think I am going to head upstairs and get under my covers. I sure hope everyone had a good day and is having a good night. Oh our weather here stinks. It was damp and chilly today, over cast. We actually had stupid snow flakes coming down at dinner time.............it is spring, right?

Since I never did my thankfuls this morning: Katies extra help and cooperation these last few days. Family is getting along for the moment. My job seems just a little bit easier and I am a little bit more organized with it. Easter dinner is at my house and I get to play hostess.........this is a good thing, right? Our friend came and measured and marked out our garage footings, Bill hopes to start replacing the motor on the Explorer so I might have a new car soon, Bill got his truck this past week and loves it.

Deb maybe you should consult your gyno.

Deb....AF can be nasty just before it starts to stop/skip months and get very irregular in flow and duration. For me, I got very regular for a couple of years and it was very heavy. I could never wear tampons at all (they do make cramps worse too) and I would go through a super duper regular pad in an hour the first day and sometimes I would not make it through teaching a class. I would put a chux on the bed at night. It would also last sometimes longer than a week (not that heavy though). When I started to get irregular and actually miss months, it was almost a relief!

So, it seems that you are very normal at this point. If it lasts for days, then that is not good. But, if it is only the first day or so, HUGS!!

Hope you are having a better day today and maybe think about not using tampons when you are home.

Deb....you saying that reminds how I was when mine first started. It seems the end is similar to the way it all started.
