Good morning everyone. Up with the chickens....I need to work with animals that sleep later! :)

Rhonda, I hope you feel better. Don't let it go too long, see a Dr if you need to. You've really been on the go lately and are probably pretty worn down.BNL, enjoy another sunshine free day! Jazzerdeb, love the haircut. So how are you and holdout doing??? You crack me up.I checked the sizes on that

Good Morning,

Blue skies at the moment and still on the chilly side for mid-April. Otto and I again took an after dinner walk and although I saw one girl walking her dog barefoot and in shorts I think that was wishful thinking on her part and for me it was double sweatshirts and my hood up over my head! Rain is supposed to be headed our way this evening into tomorrow but I did hear and see on the weather map there's still snow here there and everywhere!

My days without the "Sunshine" are over as she returns to work today. Can't say that I've missed her presence. In some cases a day without Sunshine is a good thing!

The alarm went off and the clock was tick tocking away my workout time but I did manage to pry myself out of the bed and to the basement. I took a quick 15 minute spin on the bike and then on to my weights.

I've been dragging in the evenings and not accomplishing much of anything. I need to get through the bills and my checkbook and make sure everything is all paid up and I really should take care of that this evening. Dinner is all made I just have to have DD put it in the oven for me. We're having good old fashioned meatloaf and I cut up some taters for mashed potatoes. I'll have to see what's lurking in the freezer for some veggies.

Rhonda-hope you're feeling better today.

Lori-hope the antibotics are doing their thing and you're feeling better.

Shar-loved the pictures you posted yesterday! I would love a walk there!

Kat-hope there are no more scary car incidents for you. You have certainly had more than your fair share.

Well time to get ready to head to the workplace. I need to make a stop at the bank so I'd better get moving! Hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!

Good morning..

Checking in before a long at work... It looks like January outside... Thankfully it shouldn't last long and Spring will be here again... (I Hope) I am thinking my tulips are not going to look so nice this year.

Good morning ladies....had to jet this morning after posting before. I had to stop at our shop and grab my boss' car since I need to run to the airport this afternoon to pick him up. Rather drive his 2005 Volvo then my old 1997 Taurus....lol. Office is a little busier since 2 other co-workers are in with me. I have some new stuff to handle and I am sure my boss will be pulling us into several directions once he returns. I wanted to mention that last night at WW I lost 2 pounds but don't pat me on the back just yet. What I failed to mention is that the last 3 weeks I had put those 2 pounds back on.........and so the see-saw goes! Bill and Billy have an automotive class tonight so I will cook something light and easy for Rob, Katie and I. Weather is still cool out but the sun is out and I have hopes that it warms up. Thank you all again for your kind words of understanding. Again I was not looking for your sympathy, I can not stress that enough. You are a great group of ladies who understand what life is about!

J-Deb, if your mom is like I am, bring some good magazines and catalogs and that will help keep her from being so antsy. I tend to need to stay on the go too unless I don't feel well or am really sleepy.

You have GOT to try Zumba! It is just perfect for you, and you will totally love it.

I hope you're totally recovered soon and have a fabulous time on your trip!

I'll have to try the Mucinex. I looked at it, but didn't buy it. Got some Robitussin tabs. They make me sleepy and dry me up pretty well. I just need to keep it from spreading to my chest, which causes major problems for me.

I like your line about the gifts too. Some days, at the very least, I'd like to exchange my gifts.
