Hi, Patty and all! I should have a job with the chickens with the time I wake up and can't get back to sleep. But watch, as soon as I get an early job, I won't be able to get up. The days/weeks are flying by. Almost halfway through April already!!
Hump day plans...most of them are done already. Got up earlier than I had to to clean...dust whole house and scrub bathroom. Did some filing and banking. Then off to teach the step class and did those lunges and squats again. A trip to Costco was in order to pickup egg substitute...I was out and they have the best price. I also was craving protein...something I noticed more and more after I work out. The only glitch was the multi grain all natural cheddar chips with 3 grams of fiber and 1.5 grams of fat per serving. Of course I had to try them and added the 2 pts onto my WW log. I have not stayed within my pts the past 2 days...maybe today.
RHONDA..hope you are feeling better from that head cold. Rest it is the best way to go...time to take care of you!
Glad you are doing better LORI! You do sound excited and I hope you achieve all those positive things this weekend. You go girl!
Good for you for getting to your yoga class yesterday, DEB/MN. Yoga really does make you feel better afterwards. Love the stretched feeling I get.
Hope you catch/caught up on your sleep NANCY. Busy day ahead for you and it is supposed to be good to use our brains. I am still wondering about that. Too bad about the passport, what a pain (almost put PIA.ooops I did).I keep thinking I must be caught up on mine if I keep waking up around 4 in the morning. However around 4pm, I know I haven't. Many nights I am in bed earlier than 9:30 crocheting or reading/watching TV. This way I don't have to get off the couch and try to get upstairs after dozing. The first round of sleep is my best one.
cl-DEB...the lost again 2 lbs is great. I will celebrate for you and, think positively, you will lose again next week. Glad the ladies here could help you better than I could with their words of wisdom. Keep up the good work with WW.
Hope you have another awesome session today, JAZZERDEB! You should feel better with warming up and stretching and just moving some. The soreness will get better!
