journals on the board? I was thinking of doing it in the folder below. I am in if anyone else is especially with trying to keep track of WW pts.

Grace many a day I post my food journal and it does help keep me in line. I am doing core but I journal my food anyway. Let me know if you want to post with me.

Sure Deb...just post down under the goals and challenges folder. You can your menu and give me ideas since I am trying to stick to core foods myself even though I am counting points. Also, you can keep track of your 35 extra points you may eat with the core.

Soounds good to me. I will start fresh on Wednesday since that is my first day of the week doing Core. I will just jump in Wednesday but start today or tomorrow and I bet others will follow.
