It's 5 o'clock Somewhere This Friday

Good morning everyone. There are rumors of sunshine and warmth heading our way. I'm giddy with the thought of it!!
A fruity cocktail may not only be fun to drink but may count as health food, U.S. and Thai researchers said on Thursday.
Adding ethanol — the type of alcohol found in rum, vodka, tequila and other spirits — boosted the antioxidant nutrients in strawberries and blackberries, the researchers found.
Yay, stick a cute umbrella in your drink and call it healthy!! LOL I also read an article online about pizza being a healthy food. The news just keeps getting better. Ok, I'm guessing the drinks are in moderation and the pizza depends

Attention: Patty, Sassy, & D-Deb (see red print).
I tried 8 times to post my Friday 5 answers, but keep getting messages that won't let me. At least after I lost the first one, I did it in e-mail form and saved it to copy and paste, but it's very frustrating.
I have been just worn out today. If I really do have fibromyalgia, then I must be in a fibro crash, because I am just whipped. I wanted so badly to go to Zumba today, but was too tired. Went back to bed and woke up at 12:38 this afternoon when Mom called! Even now, I am so tired that I just want to go back to bed. I get like this sometimes, but I never get used to it.
The hospital wants to keep Dad for more tests, but he wants to go, and we want him to go, because he may lose his room at the Life Care Center. We've gotten Tim involved, and he will handle it. One of his CEO's used to be in charge of ins. for Mayo Clinic here and that's the parent company of the hospital. He will talk to their top administrator, if necessary. The dr. hasn't even seen Dad since he's been there. His PA goes around and checks things out. Tim said he knows they want to keep him there for 3 days, so they can meet some kind of ins. quota. There are treatments for him that could be done at the LCC. So, he has a message in to the dr. and has involved everyone on Dad's floor in it. He was just coming back from making a payment for Mom at the LCC to hold Dad's room. If he loses that, there may not even be a semi-private room available for him, plus the private room is SO much nicer. If anyone can get it done, Tim can. I know Mom and Dad are both relieved that he's involved.
Lisa is involved in a big thing at work today that is very stressful, so Mom doesn't want to get her involved, plus she is not the most tactful to deal with when she gets angry. Mom said Lauren had called from MD after talking to her friend who's head of nursing at the LCC where Dad stays. They can hold his room for 3 days. We were afraid they'd count the evening he left as a whole day, because that's what someone there told Mom, but the DON said they wouldn't. That helps.
I talked to Cheryl in MD a long time yesterday about Dad and about a possible trip up there at the end of June/beginning of July. My 40-year high school reunion is 6/30 and Lauren's 40th birthday is 7/3. I could kill 2 birds with one stone. Air fares are surprisingly good right now. Patty, Sassy, and DC-Deb, I would love it if we could arrange to meet for lunch one day (and anyone else who can make there at that time).
Wish I could say I've done something constructive today, but I really haven't. Did get a nice thank-you email from the woman who works with Tim. I replied and let her know she could call me Rhonda instead of Mrs. Murray. :-) I am not a formal person.
Rob left right after school to go to the NC mountains with his friend's family. They're checking on the house they're having built up there and will be back Sunday. Meantime, I get to "baby-sit" for those ugly lizards. Yuck!
Tim has been so busy helping his sister and my dad today that he will have a late night tonight. I can't complain with all he's doing. We'll do something fun tomorrow.
That's about it from here for now. Hopefully, I'll be able to post my Friday Five answers eventually. D-Deb, thanks for doing those.

Q What did you have for breakfast?
Oatmeal with dried Goji berries, pine nuts, and ground flaxseed. It's a recent combo and sounds kind of weird, but is very tasty and healthy. Also, had my special blend of hot tea with some half-and-half and xylitol.
Q What new trends have you been noticing in
Exercise: Zumba, of course!
Diet: The Sugar Solution is big again, The Best Life Diet by Bob Greene, The Diet for Life by Anne Collins (vegetarian version too), and a raw foods diet is up and coming. My hairdresser is sort of into that and told me about a restaurant in St. Augustine where every dish is made with raw foods. Many of them, you can't tell were prepared that way.
Active-wear: Fabric that wicks moisture away from the skin. I haven't bought any yet, but I'd like to.
Q What toppings to do like on your pizza?
I used to always get Italian sausage, but the last year or so I've liked just plain cheese pizza -- no distractions. It's been ages since I've had pizza. We used to get it every Friday night.
Q Apart from your usual exercise routine, how do you stay active?
Walking on the beach, picking up shark teeth
Yard work (planting flowers and shrubs, mowing, weeding, raking, using the wheelbarrow, dead heading flowers, spreading mulch, edging, using the blower, etc.)
Skimming the pool
Mall walking
Need to get back to bicycling
Q Can you name one or more famous women in history or a celebrity that was born in your home-state (or where you live now)?
I'm going for Florida, since Washington, DC, isn't in a state. I had to look these up:
Debbie Harry (Blondie)
Faye Dunaway
Delta Burke (Designing Women)
Bonus Question: Can you name one (or more) people in history or a celebrity that shares your birthdate (not necessarily the year ;-D)
Definitely had to look this one up. Here are the most famous and an interesting variety:
Bill O'Reilly! Same day and year. I'll have to send him an e-card. :-)
Dan Castalaneta (voice of Homer Simpson)
Roger Maris and Randy Johnson (baseball)
Joe Perry (lead guitarist for Aerosmith)
Danny Hutton (Three Dog Night)
Jose Feliciano
Louis IV
Pope Julius III
Charles Kuralt (CBS News)
Amy Irving, Colin Firth, and Ryan Phillippe (actors)
Arnold Palmer
Guy Ritchie (Madonna's husband)
Karl Lagerfeld
