Go, Margie!! It sounds as though we are feeling very similar. You're just doing better with the exercise and weight loss than I am, but I've started on it. I, too, am letting the layers grow out of my hair and starting to let it grow longer in general. I want to be able to pull it back when the need or desire arises, but also like the way it makes me feel more feminine. A few months from now, I may feel totally different (I usually do.), but that's what I'm doing now. You have such pretty hair that I'm sure it looks great. I'd love to see pictures.
I'm glad your changes are making you feel better and have gotten noticed. That has to make you feel good. Sometimes we hit a place where we finally realize that it's OK to feel womanly again.
