A bit chilly out today...but certainly better than Karen's snow! Loved the tulip pictures!
The workday was OK. Late afternoons seem to be the time lately where everything hits all at once. I ended up staying past the 5 o'clock hour waiting for a phone call for my boss that never came about. I'm really so glad that I live so close to work. I'll admit that I'm a bit spoiled by it.
Fortunately dinner was a real simple meal and I had done all the prep work this morning while I still had energy. I made steak tacos on the bbq and a side dish of quick saute of peppers, shredded carrots and zucchini and garlic-simple and delicious.
Otto and I headed out for an after dinner walk. We moved along at a rather quick pace once he met up with his friends Cody and Oz. He likes to keep pace with the boys!
I ordered myself a new workout DVD. I'm finding that I'm getting a bit bored down here in the basement in the early hours. It's a DVD from Prevention that can be programmed into your own combination. It has quite a few toning sections which I can certainly use. It got pretty good user reviews so hope it adds some variety to the workout time.
That's about it from my neck of the woods. I got a new Light & Tasy cooking magazine so time to settle into the chair and get ready to DWTS. I'm now addicted!
Hope it has been a great Monday for everyone!

Still early here, but I've got a couple minutes.

Another crazy day for me - I feel like a broken record.

Couldn't get my post to take last night, so I'm trying again this morning.

Rhonda, I'm wanting bermudas too!!

Believe it or not, I still have some linen "city shorts" suits from when they were popular before, probably early 90's!! I have peach and deep forest green. Haven't been able to make myself get rid of them. Wonder if I could squeeze into them. Talbots has a nice one, but it's kind of pricey because the material is heavier than standard shorts.
I started buying Bermudas last year, because I think they are a much more flattering length than capris or cropped pants, for me. I have black, white, khaki, blue-and-white striped, a couple pairs of denim, and I think some other ones I can't remember. They were hard to find last year. This year they're everywhere. I've seen seersucker, gingham, Madras (love, but think I'd look too heavy in them), pineapple prints, and the black-and-white print ones at Cache I like.
We do need to get together to shop. Seems we like a lot of the same things.
