Good morning everyone. Happy Mothers Day !

I thought about a lot of you all when I read that. Sometimes a note of self confidence will come thru in a post, it's wonderful to read. It's motivating and inspiring to all of us as we read it.When I was playing sports in school

Happy Mother's Day!

Great reminder that we need to believe in ourselves, Patty.

I got back from at 10 PM. It was great to get to spend time with Erin and Jackson. He is growing and changing so much. He sits up by himself,

This is the second time that I've typed up a nice long post and lost it.

Happy Mother's Day to all you Moms and Special Aunties!

It's been a hectic and nice weekend. We had two nice parties to attend yesterday although the one last night got us in way past our bedtime! We had a very nice visit with DD and her BF over the weekend.

Older DD made brunch for us this morning complete with scrambled eggs, a variety of cheeses, fresh fruit and a giant cookie crumb cake. Her BF joined us for the dessert portion. I have to say I really love both their BF's and I'm sure that over the next few years I'll be looking forward to two fine men joining our family as my SIL's. After DD and BF left to go back to MA DD and I did a bit of shopping. I had never been to Crate & Barrell and really enjoyed browsing in there. We stopped in the grocery store to pick up a few things for the week. I was so lazy and tired this morning and really wanted to enjoy the day without doing anything involving housework. DD had gone to the store earlier in the day and picked up some things to put onto the grill. I ended up doing the grilling but DD did the inside the house cooking. DS even joined us for dinner. Dinner was complete with Happy Mother's Day cake. DD surpised me with a beautiful little blue box containing a Tiffany heart engraved with MOM. It's really beautiful. Other DD made me two beautiful new necklaces so I'll always having something beautiful to wear around my neck. DH bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and older DD's BF bought me another beautiful bouquet of flowers. I certainly did feel like a VIP today!

Hope everyone enjoyed a special day!
