Hi, all...a little too tired to get excited over anything. I taught class 8 and 9 of the week this morning and it all caught up to me. It actually caught up to me last night and I struggled through today. I realized I exercised hard 6 days in a row and tomorrow is going to be complete rest day. I am trying to charge up the batteries right now so I can be somewhat peppy to watch 2 year old granddaughter later. I totally missed what *#* is.
SUSAN...congratulations on the new niece! It is always wonderful to have new additions to the family. I hope "mom" is doing better from the C section and rests as much as she can in the hospital. Sounds like they had a nice lunch at work but too bad it made for a slow day.
NANCY...enjoy your visit with DD. I think the farmer does not come out of the heart. I bet if DH came to visit, he would love to get his hands dirty. He grew up on a farm here on Long Island.
KAREN...did you get your elbow checked out? You may have chipped the bone or something. If it doesn't improve...please please please, get it checked out! Glad your electricity is back.
RHONDA...you are such a great DD to do so much for your parents while your Dad is in the nursing home. Glad to hear you had such a nice mother's day.
I have a lot of thankfuls, but I am just too tired to list them now. I am thankful I got this far and got to visit with my friends here.

I worked this morning... Picked up some flowers and am enjoying a nice afternoon .. Beautiful weather .. 70ish sunny and light breeze .... very nice..

It's a DVD put out by Prevention-Personal Training. It has different segments for Total Body Toning, Targeted toning for legs & butt, chest & back, arms & shoulders, abs & back. Each segment with the warm up and cool down are about 30 minutes and you can customize the segments however you like or follow a schedule under each goal section.
